Good posts sandgrounded and Iblonden. .Many people here have years of research and aslso many jump on the band wagon at the peaks and dips so it would be hard to know who to trust.Let us hope that those with plenty of research who have made their own minds up will be abuntantly rewarded in time.

Orbitor, Clifford Chance are the real deal for this type of litigation, perhaps the previous team were not in the same league.

Re: Deeply Concerned, I take some comfort knowing that Clifford Chance would probably not have taken the CHL case unless there was merit. I'm a long term holder and will stay till the end result

Onlooker, I wonder if he is actually in ROI, or still in Australia? because if he is in ROI, and could have attended the court in Singapore a week or so ago, the court must deem the whole case with distain and total contempt for the ROI for wasting everyone's time. Surely the court must feel that ROI have played this out to try and incur additional legal costs, then ROI stated that CHL didn't have the cash to continue, well they got that wrong. I'm sure that the court have seen through ROI, like the rest of us. GLA
