What does this mean? It might mean RRR have sent or executed a letter, it does not mean NMC have signed it. The telling phrase is "if the deal proceeds..." If indeed.....so go look for independent 3rd party verification...what have NMC said about this binding LOI? Nothing because they are a private co......anyone here remember Ashmont....and what we were told they were going to do re Colombia....? The RNS is in my view more wool bring pulled over investors eyes....patterns of history repeating
