Some news in the Irish Independent newspaper today about Ormonde. I would not be too worried about the buyer for Ormonde's product, as I am sure there are other buyers in the market place: [link]
to philip reid for a person who would appear to have every thing wealth wise plus a1 personality why in gods name would you give your self the wasp bite and the frustration of having shares in such a miserable company and have to suffer the arrogance of a dont care for shareholder board of director

Looks like the biggest producer outside China North American Tungsten will be closed shortly. Cant do anything but help the price of Tungsten as they produce around 4-5% of world supply. Their production costs were more than twice what Ormonde's will be
does anyone really believe that anybody is ging to give someone 100 million Euro and not want a significant part of the action?
I'm a small time shareholder in this company I bought €10k at 6p. Offer news is a relief. BOD were selling us out to Oaktree. I i'll be putting my shares on the market for 5p hoping someone buys and I get out of this mess.
I tend to agree with danny on this one, the share price has been abysmal for a long time, we have a deal on the able with oaktree but have no idea what it is. Yes it may not be more than offered last time, but I don't see that being relevant, we live in the here and now.
