We are being kept well informed. Hopefully this isn't just to look transparent if things go wrong. Oil shows and SP will be 29p IMO.
10:30 am in nz. Looking forward to an RNS at 7:30am (6:30pm nz time). We can hope...
Not huge volumes today. But more buys than sells.
Why release a negative RNS, when you know how the market will react? I can't get my head round it. The only rational and logical thought is that the BoD are trying to appear transparent. So when/ if it is a dry hole and flow tears are poor, they can say they constantly informed PI's of progress. Any thoughts? I am just seriously wobdering what advantage tgere is in releasing an RNS with words such as "disappointing".
"This 1 well does not distract....". Does it sound like they beginning to call this well a write off? Just thinking out load here.
Probably covered here? Transcript from NZ House of Representatives, sitting 25th June, after Simon Bridges visit to PC. David Shearer : Why did the Minister jump the gun when he announced the major commercial discovery of West Coast oil by Mosman Oil and Gas, the company, when the company said it was not even at the stage of economic assessment? Hon SIMON BRIDGES : No, I have not jumped the gun. I stand by everything I said—unlike TÄmati Coffey, who today has been saying the precise opposite to that of his leader, David Cunliffe. CG
Very much like the final sentence below lol
Would I be right in saying we would be around the 26p mark, we're it not for the placement?
