So two years & two months on from margin calls , Mortgage paid down approx - 90,000 , debt here paid down 277, 567 to 195,630 = - 81,937 ( due to much higher interest rates ) Balance on acc is down 41,825 Portfolio is down 123,762 .the marker down by a beaten by 174,009 October 2022 , to the much less 62,066 ( 111,943 ) the marker itself not as much changed was 573,555 , now 558,401 ( 15,154 more withdrawn then added over the time ) )

A reminder of October 2022 when after Liz Truss budget , I was worried about margin calls . BUT the marker and other sums appear to have been better .

29/11/24 5k in , 3/12/24 3k in . so marker now 550,401 + 8000 = 558,401 , Port 620,467 beaten by 62,066 ( which is up a little from the 58,302 on 27 November below ) total loss shows a better -138,145. .

I see marker beaten by 77,016 10th November which was down 39,901. over the 3 months , ( 77,016 - 58,302 = 18,714 ) so 18,714 further down , in 17 days .

So marker beaten 608,703 - 550,401 = 58,302
