going to the bank and getting a loan on unfavourable terms....it should have read
I am pretty sure that the BoD PR company read these discussion streams, so with that in mind I have one simple statement to make. If the recent funding is not justified in the very near future some very serious questions will be asked. It would be like you or me going to the bank on unfavourable terms simply to leave it in the bank.....why? I hope that the directors do not need reminding that they have a legal responsibility to lead the company to the best of their ability and I am far from convinced that this is what they are currently doing. I look forward to seeing the company accounts and more importantly how much is being paid to the various people involved with this shambolic situation and what exactly they are doing in return......it should make interesting and damning reading
come to a halt.....set mine for end of the century, maybe my unborn children might benefit
I have found our chairman Sally Schofield on LinkedIn and according to her profile summary she has natural interpersonal skills, shame we haven't seen them though!!!! At least I know where to find her now if this goes t*ts up
Sometimes I just have to take a deep breath and count to ten too lol. There is no denying the resource etc, the question however is will EDL be played as although 1m may seem like a lot of money, when it comes to building a power station it is small change, the big boys could put a squeeze on and simply watch EDL run out of money or make an offer that they cannot refuse. One thing is for sure any other attempts to raise capital by diluting the existing SP would not be well received. I genuinely hope that all turns good as I am pretty much up to my neck with this one, hence why sometimes my posts are irritable.
And regrettably that is why the SP is so low at the present time, because there is no value until production starts, which is probably at least a few years away, As a long term prospect there is potential, but over the short term my concern is that by the time this happens there will be yet more need for capital and the only way that the BoD can generate this is to issue yet more shares. This is why urgency is required to stop further dilution. Remember that the BoD couldnt care less as their remuneration packages are sorted for the next year or so and would they still be employed once the company goes into production phase??????
There is no doubt that there is potential but the bottom line is that the coal only has value if someone wants to buy it and if it can be extracted from the ground in a financially viable way, none of the aforementioned subjects have been covered by the BoD and this is what we need to know. I repeat again, how, when and whom
