i think you must have a reason for spending as much time as you do so kindly and altruistically warning people what an awful share this is. i doubt you're paid... i struggle to believe there is much return in paying people to ramp or de-ramp penny shares on forums. a few years ago maybe, but now everyone knows it goes on

The final eia submission wasnt until May 2013 nearly 4 years after they started. BMR are already at the final approval stage
