do i reckon MA has conned investors by not disclosing that ZEMA approval would be needed to commence production 4 years ago? is that the question? if so then the answer is no, environmental issues have been known about from the get go, in fact those are one of the main reasons for this project in the first place..... and it isn't uncommon for mining operations to have to submit environmental plans

anthracis, ljc reckons MA knew about Zema and that it takes around 4 years, (check his recent posts on that) Do you think MA has conned his investors by not disclosing that ?
