I’m more interested now in why the market wasn’t informed correctly about the payment terms of Hopes notes. That was material for a lot of people to make an investment decision and was not declared to the market.

I can’t believe that anyone is seeing anything else than an utter cluster-fuck outcome for FRR. This is one of the most grim and damning court summaries I’ve ever read. This was bust on Christmas Eve and to think anything else is simply delusional. Next step is for FRR to drop this case completely as they have been sussed by Mr Seeborg.

The only one on this bb being abusive is booster11 .. evidence? just look at his previous post. You have no credability here B11 for that very reason.

Torridon is seems the Caymen case was concluded last week. Hope saw his opportunity and resigned from the BOD so he could seize the subsidiary that controls the B12 asset. Unknown to Hope, Zaza & Co moved 95% of the asset to a new subsidiary that Hope cannot touch. They also instigated the Cali Case. The thinking behind the '5% left behind' is that it shows intent to both control the asset AND make payment to Hope. There is so much news put there but i think this is the - very - basic just of what some are thinking. Of course there are many different opinions out there as well!

The possibilities here are pretty much endless, it is a very complex situation with a number of ver interesting players not least of all the US govenment. I have to say though the theory that Hope is caught between being unable to agree an OOCS which would sacrifice his shorters and facing very serious criminal proceeding is quite compelling. There is no doubt about the asset now BLOE have pretty much proved it and the struggle here is not for nothing. Surely if this was a simple legal wrangle the courts will judge accordingly, if it is more than that we have front seats in a real blockbuster. Fact is anyone offering a simple one line definative answer to this (not mentioning any names) especially mixed in with insults is not worthy of any attention whatsoever.
