Hi idg69 Been ouite on the jlp front so not posted for a while. Great rns but again they have not given us any numbers. The share price is not going to move untl they prove they making money. I still think we will have our day so holding on to my shares. All the best breezy.
Hey Breezy, long time no hear. A good RNS and another step in the right direction but where are the financials? No one is going to invest with big money until they can see JLP are profitable with a solid future ahead of them. Too many investors are sceptical of Colin Bird in my opinion. Leon is a great operations man but they need a good strong front of house Chairman who people will sit up and listen to - CB isn't that man. Still prepared to sit this out as painful as it is. All the best, idg69
I thought it was a positive rns but it seems the market does not agree.
Exactly Seakelp, K does it all the time he is such an open book... And then he tells us how the grandkids made 10%yesterday!!!!!
Afternoon Breezy, Another cough and splutter this morning but pulled back throughout the day as is the norm with JLP. CB spreads himself too thin with these companies. GLR went from 1p this time last year to 10p in March, May & June this year but none of his companies can sustain and maintain momentum before dropping off a cliff. JLP has the potential to rise from the ashes and become a solid and profitable business but fear it will be pumped and subsequently dumped when it does eventually gather momentum.
Exactly.... Vote of no confidence same as Zuma... Must go!
Hi idg69 Just had a look at GLR another company Colin is involved in and it as crashed 33% today. Xtract resources another one of Colins companys almost went under a few weeks ago and jlp as done nothing in the last 12 months. So colin not is having a good time at moment.I wished i had bailed out at 7.50 but like i thought this was the start of a major uptrend in the share price.Keep the faith my friend patience will be rewarded.
What on earth is happening with this share? Wish I'd cashed out after the Tjate news back in March. I really thought that was the springboard for the big leg up this year. Becoming increasingly frustrated with very poor and inaccurate newsflow from the BoD - it's time they pulled their finger out, upped their game and became more professional. Rant over for the day.
All told another poor week for JLP, in fact a poor 12 months really. The share price is pretty much back to where we were this time last year despite all the work done on the ground. The board must be pretty fed up too considering this was to be our turnaround year. I suppose there's still time though. Private investor patience and good will towards the company is pretty low at the moment and rightly so. At least AFC had a good day and put me back in profit if only by a small margin. All the best for the weekend and let's see what next week brings. idg69
