jlp should merge with the chinese, just look at where mwa are now
oh dear... looks like death of a thousand cuts with Jubilee... still the diehards will hold on to the bitter ends, despite every instinct they have to cut their losses, take it on the chin and move on. I hope it comes good for the long suffering holders, but it would appear that every bit of evidence suggests that this fairy tale does not necessarily have a happy ending. Dead duck? If Jubilee does go under, then it would seem the management have played a part in the company's demise. Sad how the mighty fall... actually, was Jubilee ever mighty??
Jubilee, the AIM and AltX quoted Mine-to-Metals specialist, was notified, on 26 June 2014, that Colin Bird, Non- Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,300,000 Jubilee ordinary shares (“Ordinary Sharesâ€) of 1 pence each at an average price of ZAR27.6 cents (1.53 pence) per share on even date. Following this transaction, Colin Bird is interested in 5,517,991 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
