Doriemus plc (AIM: DOR) is pleased to announce that, further to ther announcement on 7 November 2013, the well stimulation phase of the Lidsey-1r well work-over on the Lidsey Oilfield ("Lidsey") in West Sussex has beenr successfully completed and oil production from this first phase of the plannedr three phase programme has resulted in an initial 236% increase in production inr the first 24 hours to 84 bopd net from the previous 25 bopd.r r As previously announced, Doriemus owns a 10% participating interest in ther Lidsey oil field and has a first right of refusal to increase its participatingr interest to up to 25%.

"The Company expects to see a significant increase in daily oil production from the current 25 bopd, particularly after the new perforation phase of the programme with new oil formations being opened above the existing productive sandstone. The current production of 25 bopd comes from a 2 foot perforated section of the Oolite reservoir, originally perforated in 1988, and the operator has now opted to complete 30 feet of new perforations instead of the 10 feet as previously announced."
