Re: News The AGM on 9 December may shed some light on the deal.
lambrini girl FLG Chart Breakout, very positive For once I agree with you, assuming that the FLG SP matches the offer price on Monday morning + any remaining divi for the year. How are your QPP shares faring?
Out of interest Posted by Blue1 on lse very busy bb over the weekendLets not forget there are more mines than just St Davids. I live in Wales and have visited lots of mine sites in the Dollgellau Gold Belt, and i can tell you GMOW are looking at many different sites, St Davids is the main one and new Electricity, fencing and security have been put in there over the summer. The last thing i will say here is a miner that worked those mines in the past has told me that there is good money to be made just on the mountains of discarded ore outside many of these sites. The technical ability to extract gold is far more advanced now, that coupled with the price of Welsh Gold makes this a mouth watering prospect IMHO.
Cape,AMI,Timis and SISG - From LSE bbAll are heavily invested here and all are interlinked here. They either get together a build a really valuable business between them or they are all likely to lose everything in the area. The mines are un-profitable without a single infrastructure at its core to get the IO transported cheaply. AMI underpins it all but needs short term help. The mines on their own would go cheap if not as they fail to meet delivery cost issues. I think they all need to sit down work out what's needed and start to think about a single company with shared assets based on contribution. This could easily be a massive operation with great cost synergies as they share costs. Just need to be sensible rather than play a game of winner takes all as they will more likely all lose out.
From LSE bb by drone drone posted:I think FT trapped himself. He dont have now any other alternative for Marampa to survive than having an agreement with AML. The LOND mining logistical chain has been already dismantled. So now cash flow...... even if some Off takers show face can only be for or via AML logistical chain. So Chinese hold the wheel...And may be now with somebody else under their elbow....The Opex in Marampa, if I compute well, will burn the 20$m in circa 3 months without any cash flow in. And this since November 1.For care and maintenance GoSL made it paramount no stop for Marampa, so I do suspect they issued the same for AML: too tense situation in SL with Ebola to play with this. For hitting the wall: I dont see AML going under administration: too much stakeholders around and particularly Chinses who have a lot to loose. For Marampa this a very different story an other "pass by » via admin or a change hand at the 11 hours again can well be.If, i say IF, Chinese and FT divorce, than chinese will wave the put option for FT to quit the BoD , this will also improve the last line balance sheet no?? Agreement with Cape will follow Marampa and end up in AML no?Hum ......Interesting isnt it??---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------
Last chance To get in here at these prices. More good news imminent this week on the gold. Equally more good news on the K imminent. Would we see 4P this week?
Re: Trades I have never understood why Tosca built up their holding to 29+% and stopped i.e. 30+% they would have to make a bid at the highest s/p over the last 12 months. Just maybe the 16m missing shares are heading there? IMHO.
Re: FLG Chart Breakout, very positive we are now completely tied to the aviva price so question is what will the reaction be to aviva price on monday morning as our 'offer' will change every time that goes up or down.I'm presuming its unlikely any other bidders will emerge
Re: News yes, noticed & thought it when sp was much lower
S France Good post. On sentiment alone we reached 5p, with actual confirmed news, the sp will get back to this level. However, It would be good to get a gradual increase up towards 4-5p prior to this RNS that's due.. It would be an excellent starting base.. Only my opinion!!
Re: athena Given this positive post and the fact that you "sold out" on 4th Nov, may I assume that you are now "back in"? Always good to read your updates Vincent.
Re: TESCO SOLD OUT!!!! That was my concern, we all dreamed about big sale but I asked question at the beggining WHAT THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY FITB HAS GOT, is it able to fulfill demand before Christmas???
Re: FLG Chart Breakout, very positive >We get 15% on SP and yield drops from 6% to under 3! Good deal for >Aviva bad for us! Why are FG board recommending deal at this price? The answer may be that you have to look around (internally) within FL and ask the question.......can that 6% be maintained? If I were a FL shareholder I'd say a big thankyou and exit..........
Re: FLG Chart Breakout, very positive plus not good for AV. so that will tank over next 6 months..SELL on Monday bounce..
