Bought 3,500,000 TGL shares in the market: 24/11/2014 13:59 UKREG Touchstone Gold Limited Holding(s) in Company[link] 2014 Ilyas Khan has actually increased his holding of TGL shares by over twenty one million: 21,820,276 to be precise. In addition, I.K. may also have subscribed for TGL consolidated loan notes, which would have increased his investment into TGL this year still further.

£400,000 buy Can any of you shed any light on the supposed £400,000 buy last Friday at 23p which has already nearly halved in value. Seems weird that someone should buy so much, so high, for so quick a loss. Am I missing something? Can one buy stock in that quantity to short? Seems very odd.

Re: Why the rise? Hi Kilindidnitheir website states how many products they've shipped over the last 90 days. Last week it rose from over 130k to over 140k. It was 110k at the start of the year. Clearly, they're trading well at the moment.

Re: MWA bnc for six months profit will have tripled dont forget that mwa used an accounting trick in H1 2013 to have a profit of $4.7mwhats more important is that net cash inflow for the first six months at BNC wa +/-1 million US$ while this year net cash inflow for the first six months will be 7 million US$cash basis will have doubled compared to last year + profit after tax will have doubled , a double 100% whammy!!!!

Prices I'm guessing that none of us holding these shares is very happy. However, it is very difficult to buck the trend, in this case the iron ore price in particular which is now at a 5 year low.It seems to me that it will take some really good news to change the sentiment at this point in time. So, a question for anyone reading this.Where should we be invested in the current market situation?Personally, I see more hope in the similarly depressed oil sector.The only small companies that I hold that are doing OK currently are completely different.Velocys - a tech share in Gas to Liquid plantEden Research which has long depressed me but seems at last to be on the brink of better times. Meanwhile, keep an eye on those commodity prices.Speculator

Re: Worrying decline in SP over April 2014 rns: The syndicated facility is for Rs 480 Crores (approximately GBP 48 million*) and has been provided by four Indian public sector banks for a term of ten years with interest payable at the base rates of the respective banks plus a range of 3 per cent to 3.55 per cent per annum, resulting in a present effective rate ranging between 13.2 per cent and 13.75 per cent per annum. The Company expects to make the initial draw down from the Debt Facility during the second quarter of this calendar year. Based on the projections of the management team, the build out of SPL's facility in Karanja is fully funded.
