Re: RNS ! Following on from the update my assumption is that the company will go bust and those in the know will pick up the pieces for tuppence. (IMHO/DYOR)
Re: Interims I won't comment on the 2nd correction! The company has net assets worth over 38p per share, so provided the current board can win back some confidence from the market, there is plenty of scope for a good recovery.
Re: MHCP Milestones Bill,"Most of the time the phone just kept ringing."Are you sure you weren't dialling your local Fullers house by mistake? Not sure fuel cells are the right biznay to be in just now, with the poor old oil price wilting. They've always been the energy source of the future ten years down the road .... and they always will be.LKH on the flybridge
Re: Fersters resigned The usual reason when you are getting older i.e. to splash the cash before it is too late.
Re: MHCP Milestones I remember a few years ago E-on saying they were opening up a training school for CFUBlue gens and was never able to get an answer , when I phoned the said phone number,I got an answer phone twice and never got a return call, and gave it up trying to contact them. Most of the time the phone just kept ringing.
Re: Arguements for and against buying Buy only if you want to take over the company - failing which watch it go to one hundredth of a penny and then to around 10p after consolidation and restructuring. FUJIMA
Re: Arguements for and against buying buy now and watch your shares be worth 1/3rd of what you originally payed just in time for Xmas compliments of the beacon hill director s**m, need I say more
Dividend The dividend was due yesterday but as of close of play today still not in my account. Is everyone in the same boat.
The question is............... Would we have seen a 24% drop in the share price today if there had been no consolidation?Answer IMHO, NO!Unbelievably naive or maybe not?A cynic might say that this was designed to further depress the share price? It will be interesting to see what further share purchases come in the next few days or whether we see any more shorting by Darwin? It really depends on how this is being 'played out'.I remain convinced there will be an average down/ entry point soon but not yet. [link] and DYOR
Re: Sefton going bust today? Yes the problem is all the oil they never really had is worth less than they thought!
Director dealings I know there have been delays, but two days after their H1 results, its good to see three directors buying sharesavid Evans, Chairman, 173,500 at 15pJay Grewal, Sales & Marketing Director: 31,309 at 19.12pAndrew Shepard, CEO 30,974 at 17pThat's a total of over £37k. It's not ging to set the world alight, but what's interesting is the sales & marketing guy buying. The other two have 2.49% and 2.8% of the shares, but the sales & marketing guy is putting in his no doubt hard earnt cash into the business, and you'd hope he's aware of the future prospects.
Arguements for and against buying Arguements for and against buying at these levels..........?
hi all ... tight spread ????? and big volume but not moving price . is this beeing held up or being held back .. opinions would be nice ffishxx . good posts of late very enlightning...
Re: Was the huge resource upgrade as per the RNS, a positive ?Can't work out if it is or not as nothing happened to the share price.Copper down a little bit but some of that is down to the dollar strengthening. Gold not doing too badly though.Potential share buybacks, resource upgrades, what is it going to take to have some effect ??
Re: A shame... You are spot on with your comments. But this share has been well and truly hammered so maybe it does not deserve to drop much more. I could say the same for Petroneft. JKX graph islooking like it is worth a buy for recovery. But it may take 3 years to make a decent return.[link]
