Re: Reconstruction Hi Rob,AXM are positioning themselves to move forward and it looks like Ebullio have seen the excellent upside we are all awaiting. I am just looking at the license agreement with Ebullio link below. Ebullio have disposed of 7.8pc of axm shares to the consortium as part of the equity sale of at least 20pc hinterest in RCR Quantum, so obviously from the declaration figures they have disposed of the said shares, my questions are.....1. Why have the consortium not notified the market that they held 7.8pc?2. If the disposal of shares is complete, has the sale completed in its entirety and therefore AXM should be receiving monies accordingly?[link]

Re: Interesting stuff Methorios has nothing to do with SPQR Capital Holdings SA, which is a Lux company.The company that was partially acquired by Methorios was SPQR Capital LLP, which seems to be a UK company. (Interesting that the same Methorios made another deal preceding this one with Benedetti: A capital increase over 10m Euros.)This company again was related to the Benedetti "empire" which consists of many different SPQR companies. The directors happened to be Bertrand Des Pallieres, Caodgans Ex-CEO and Laurie Sudwarts, Cadogans Ex-Company Secretary. But I am almost certain this is pure coincidence.

JRjnr....I would be very surprised if mgt raised money at these levels. I agree that they need money down the line, but at the moment it would need to raise a multiple of its market cap and that is extremely rare. I think mgt will wait until the price recovers. To60p ish

I know nowt. Back from my hols & missed the carnage of the last week in France.I know Minty has a potentially winning hand in Ireland, & that the comments about applying reveal his knowledge of the possible advantages of being an early stage stake holder.It is being pushed now in the U.K. but still early days, lets see if they catch the wind in Ireland, if they do....then we have a winner ?Even I-gas has yet to benefit from an amazing holding & j/v's in the U.K., so it;'s a story to watch develop..
