Warwick & Lincoln 3 wells drilling 2020 briansb12345: In fact most of the knowledge I have comes from reading these boards so more fool me! What HUR have in Lancaster is proven (to a point) and producing 20,000 bopd give or take. Lights are on, bills are being paid. Warwick has not lived up to expectations and the market reacted, partly (IMO) because there was no plan “Bâ€. Least not one that isn’t a few months away. Selling either to take a profit or reduce a potential loss. Nothing wrong in that? Is 15p the bottom… maybe Will the price recover … probably
Bye Bye FTSE 100 Thank you Mr. Conn
Arbitration Concluded On the PSA, worth remembering that FRR’s ‘exploration phase’ expired in 2012, but had a provision to automatically extend 5 years to 2017. And i think the development phase is up to 2022. In order to obtain a long term production license, Frontera had to declare the Block as commercial or return the acreage that was deemed barren/unproductive. We know that FRR tried to get the whole block declared as commercial based on a feasibility report submitted to SAOG in April 2017. In this report, FRR justified commerciality based this on the Miocene formations in Eldari A and Eldari B. But clearly the Georgians didn’t accept this report and as a result, are demanding 99% of the Block back. So, for the arbitration, a lot may hinge on this Feasibility Report that was probably shared with the Tribunal, supported by additional data [collected from 60 wells?], independent CPRs and increased production. Personally, I am keeping everything crossed as Georgians are pretty ‘bookish’ when it comes to contracts, law and regulations. And their lawyers seemed confident too. Lets hope an olive branch is extended.
FCA in another probe It may be wise for B to think about replacing the CEO before the Regulator makes it untenable for Mr Staley?
Warwick & Lincoln 3 wells drilling 2020 It’s always someone else’s fault, isn’t it?
Journalists sexing up headlines? When you read the facts rather than the headlines, China has redefined the definition of cases which has increased the reported numbers but what about previous data being also subject to the redefinition so it is more meaningful? HMG was accused of sexing up the Iraq report - what can be said of the quality of journalism displayed over the coronavirus?
Lancaster Oil Production ( EPS ) With storm Dennis arriving this weekend the offload is likely to be the middle of next week? Sadly share price still below 15p 13/2/2020
Could be interesting! lse.co.uk Providence Res. Regulatory News. Live PVR RNS. Regulatory News Articles for... Providence Res. Regulatory News. Live PVR RNS. Regulatory News Articles for Providence Resources Plc Ord Eur0.001 …Very interesting that companies are also looking at the gas production from the field which would come on stream quicker than the oil production …
Share Price ??? You were guessing the share price! You even quote my post giving the bull argument of potentially 40,000 bpd in 2022. Sadly there is no filter button on this website and you are either banned or filtered on the others. You are now on ignore.
UBS, HL and Hof Hoorneman topping up! MikeyAdmin: I think you will find that the old Guaranteed Senior Notes where held by Capital I don’t think so, all those hedge funds who got 65% of GKP’s equity for a mere $150 m, ex-shareholders such as Taconic, GLG etc. as well as current ones: Lansdowne Partners, Capital Groups have their fingers in the pie. Best Regards @ValueSeeker8
Warwick & Lincoln 3 wells drilling 2020 Fully agree Brian, I’m in a similar position. One thing that irks me more than a smug git is a retrospective trader and there are several of those on here. I’m sure that if this share ever gets back to where it was trading a few months ago we will have a deluge of comments from those that bought in at 15p… of course whether we choose to believe the BS or not is another matter…
UBS, HL and Hof Hoorneman topping up! And remember that Capital was run by a chap that was booted out, so the new chap in charge is a new brush
UBS, HL and Hof Hoorneman topping up! I think you will find that the old Guaranteed Senior Notes where held by Capital, which is why they managed to force through the Bond Vote, so by the same token the new Issued Bonds will have covered Capitals surrendering the old Notes in exchange for a longer lasting Issue
Buy at 74.95 Yeah - that was me - there’s only one @Uncle_Doug. Took another hit today. Should’ve done what Jack did and sold out a good while back. Anyway, luckily for me, I never did top up … although it has been tempting to average down these last 3 years … but so glad I didn’t. Mind, if it hits 60p I might bag a few.
