Re: China market While on the theme of China et al, I expect ADN to take a bit more of spanking. Now @310 but I have pencilled in 265 with a possible further drop to @ 220. Different animal but a Far Eastern 'derivitive fund' so to speak with specialist interests in the region and very good divi/growth, assuming they are able to sustain it. F1

Re: Marginal Field article W2R, just keep toppin up yer SIPP as it will likely feel like a lifetime away before real value adding action is forthcoming.... and then add that to the reality this lot has not given any indication of what remaining stake is likely to be left for Enegi shareholders... could be 25% 50% or nothing more than a measly 5%, not that it would affect the leader since he has by far the lions share of total ABTOG/Enegi combined shares, so 5% will be more than enough to sipp it away on some beach in late retirement.... 2018 is my guess to see anything close to possible physical activity. Not being negative, just realistic and in my opinion.....

Re: Interims Dependant upon how strong the H1 performance actually is (and of course not just the headline numbers), there is potential IMO for M Cap to reach £14-£15m which would broadly equate to around the 4p per share. If further growth in NFI with strength across all areas, the SP could move on from there. With its historic losses, trying to construct a Peer Group to measure KLN's key numbers against is somewhat trying but the Group are going to have to drive their Operating Profit / NFI to match and then surpass its smaller competitors. A positive result and a positive story to tell coupled with further growth and improvement expected should improve investor sentiment immeasurably. The above only my views and everyone should do their own research and take own advice etc.B

Hi Everyone thinking of making a small purchase anyone any thoughts , as not sure why share price has fallen over the past few months ? Any help you can give me would be useful also I noticed that dividend is covered less than 1 which gives me concerns on sustainability of divi ? although possible increase in share price could happen when market settles

Re: Why would you? This looks extremely cheap at todays price.Just Eat is too established for any new competition to come in and cause any major problems. There is not a case for your argument really. You could say the same for eBay - once you buy from a retailer on there why would you continue to buy through eBay when most retailers have direct online stores.People use Just Eat for the convenience. No need to store lots of telephone numbers. Students love the ease to. It offers choice to places outside of cities that have no take aways. It is a great business model that has a lot of growth potential still.Anyway topped up today at 386p and can easily see this achieving over 500p inside the next 12 months.

Positive sector news............... Private sector registrations rise 13% - NHBC Private sector registrations for new homes rose 13% in the rolling quarter of May to July 2015 against the comparable period last year, the latest figures from NHBC show.During the May to July period, 32,521 private new homes were registered. Meanwhile, the public sector continued its resurgence, with the number of new homes here rising 17% during the three month period to 11,163 against the same period in 2014. NHBC said that the rise in public sector registrations was “further evidence of noticeable growth as a result of changes to, and the extension of, the Affordable Homes programme”.NHBC added that overall registrations were continuing to outperform 2014 levels. In total during the May to July period, registrations rose 14% against last year.In July alone, private sector registrations rose to 11,270 from the 10,389 of July 2014. Public sector registrations also increased to 3,606 from 2,931 last year, with total registrations for the month lifting 12%.NHBC’s chief executive Mike Quinton, said: ““Following the strong growth we reported in our quarterly statistics, it is pleasing to see this progress continue into the second half of 2015. However, as we have continually stressed since housing output began to increase two years ago, the UK is still building way below the volumes of homes that we desperately need.”For all the latest housebuilding news and events visit www.house-builder.co.uk

Re: KnobPark Update OG, completely agree with you. Quite incredible Rob Terry hasn't crawled under a rock with his ill gotten millions from IG and QPP. The weird thing in all of this is that DS should hold absolutely no interest to Quob Park or for any small cap investor. It is poor broker which does not hold any specific niche other than working with the bucket shop end of the market. Were I being really cynical I'd suggest Rob Terry's interest to controlling DS is so he can influence the people and paper trail linked to Quindell's original (and fraudulent) IPO.
