22016...a Share Odyssey ...mind boggling Rns' next year (or tbis year) could make SAV a share to remember. Now is the time to be buying. ..?
AGM There should be a trading statement issued at the AGM on Tuesday.
Bought today Started adding JUP today at 424.89. I like the shape of the business but I think it's now oversold in current China concerns. Not looking for a rapid recovery, I invest on the basis that intrinsic value will shine through - eventually.MM
Re: Interims I totally believe that many things have reached the commercialisation stage. Unfortunately BIOME never actually commercialises them.
Re: AGM on Tuesday I sold two lots of BATM back in July, put over £8333 into OPTI and lucky for me am up 27.16%.Even the man from The Daily Mail is not pumping these any more. LOL....................................... And he is on the Payroll........................................................................ in my humble opinion!!!!!!
Re: AGM on Tuesday If I was you I would bail out. This company is Maroms plaything. He has surrounded himself with like minded yes men.He only cares about his personal bank balance.I think he is really quite unwell, the worship of money has taken him over.Good luck with what ever you decide to do.

Re: Interims Good to see a return to profit at the PBT line. Otherwise I am a bit underwhelmed if I'm honest - the NFI line is key for the recruitment industry and I was certainly looking for an uplift on the back of increased Turnover (sequential increases in NFI in 2013 and 2014 was rightly trumpeted by the Chairman at end of last financial year). The reasons for the increase in Cost of Sales which is not transparent is of course particularly relevantNet Cash flow from Operating Activities is down from similar period last which is a concern. The reduction in Invoice Discounting is welcome but this has substantially reduced Cash at H1 - further Equity issue coming?Reducing the debt burden would be ideal but there is little cash available at the Period end. And I agree liquidity in these shares has to be improved and Mr Bell's holding has to be restructured if need be in to Voting / Non voting etc classes of equity. There plenty of shares but not enough in free float. All in all while there's still a lot to be happy about I can't help thinking something more radical is needed to move the Group to the next and more appropriate level.B
Oversold? Over 12% fall today seems too much to me. I was wondering if it had anything to do with Dilip Golani, Director of Management Assurance and Information Technology, selling 3,000 shares. He had 27,500 so about 10% of his holding sold. Probably not too significant.More interesting times ahead on Monday when Chinese markets open again following 2 days of being closed because of anniversary of the end of World War II, commemorative national holiday.Buying opportunity IMO but probably not for widows and children.I heard ECB may increase level of QE.
Re: WHAT A BUY! Speculate to accumulate!
Re: Seventy Three Pty Thanks again, BF. Gives me some confidence (perhaps incorrectly) if someone close to the action still sees fit to be buying significant chunks at these levels.
Re: Open Offer PIs in AIM companys nearly always get shafted but somehow we never learn. At least my potential loss is well within affordability but I am still surprised by my own stupidity!. Even my Premium Bonds have not paid out a ha'penny for the last three months. Hey ho.....
Re: Interims Interim results.Improved margins to 39% (H1 2014: 35%)Increased margins mean nothing if things don't sell!New product line within Biome Bioplastics has reached the commercialisation stage and is expected to deliver revenue in H2 2015.Didn't they say similar re expected revenue in 2014!Encouraging order flow received.Where!!!!!Proof would be nice via an RNS re an order! The Board believes that the Group remains on target.Again didn't they say similar in 2014 and for many years before that!Single-serve coffee market to levels similar to those in the first half of 2014.Again where are the orders, or have I missed them!.The problem with Biome is that it is so hard to believe all the promises after being strung along for so many years.Whilst I am sure there are many out there who feel I am continually knocking the company, I assure them that should Biome show me just one clear sign that they are finally pushing the fringes of a profit that looks sustainable, I will acknowledge so!If anyone can show me that they have, please do so!In the mean time the sp just drops and drops!
Re: Bottom? where is everyone..?i tried to bag some more sub-60 and the system failed memm's closed out more than a few stop losses on the way down i imagine and then turned the price around and made loads-a-moneygrossly undervalued IMHOone to BUY and then HOLD for at least a year
