Complicated Dividend Today's dividend announcement is rather complicated. As I see it, the Property Income Distribution of 0.69p per share will be taxed at source, so only 0.552p will be paid, while the ordinary dividend of 0.56p will be paid in full in my ISA. I'll therefore get 1.112p per share on the 30th Sep and I'll have to wait several weeks to get the remaining 0.138p once my provider reclaims the tax.

Re: OMPs out? waytogo - at some point these OMPs have got to run out of shares to sell! The problem is there aren't a lot of buyers, because we are a Chinese company and all of that. So clearing out this overhang is taking forever. It's interesting to look at the trades over the last 3 days. There's a batch of 400,000 sells today for 10.5 pence at 10.45 am. I'd reckon that is the market makers selling OMP's stock to themselves. which they then sell on to buyers at an average of about 11 pence. If I'm right that's 10% of the overhang announced on June 6th gone in a day. Who knows? But at some point there's going to be a shortage of stock and the price is going to rise bring in sellers.

Out of the wood? ..I hope so, but early to be too confident..250p will convince me,but not enough to buy more now or then..I'm holding these long-term,selling at 350p onwards,and out at 800p finally..maybe years hence..I'm a little too old to be in for another cycle after that.
