Re: Excellent interims Back to 30p for starters?---Would be nice but I want more

Excellent interims Great stuff - 0.94p EPS in H1 alone, before the much seasonally stronger H2.And ALK have won a DBO contract:"The Group's DBO activity is focussed on biogas and working with other onshore oil and gas operators. Whilst H1 has seen lower activity Alkane has won a supply contract and is expecting an increase in DBO revenue in H2."Plus there's the £5m or so of shares in EDR.The outlook is very confident.Back to 30p for starters?

Re: Court case... tulleile __________ _Of course, I presume if the court case continues and goes ahead and the individual/s responsible is unmasked then then the allegations will need to be reported unless the judge hands down a gagging order on the other han, hopefully it may not go that far and the alledged offence remarks having been removed will be enough to conclude., the outcome will be interesting,.. insomuch that considering the Market does not like uncertaity if the matter is concluded quickly, perhaps a great sigh of relief and the Share price does a huge leap into positive territory. all imo.EARTHLY

Alliance NewsTricor Swings To Small Profit As It Cuts Costs, Assesses Funding NeedsFri, 4th Sep 2015 15:19LONDON (Alliance News) - Tricor PLC on Friday said it swung to a tiny pretax profit in its last financial year despite revenue more than halving, and said it is focused on its costs as it continues to source new funding. The natural resource investment company reported a GBP34,000 pretax profit in the financial year ended March 31, swinging from a GBP3.7 million loss a year earlier despite revenue plummeting to GBP1.6 million from GBP3.9 million.Although revenue fell, gross profit only experienced a slight drop, and Tricor slashed its costs and booked a GBP1.8 million gain arising from the write back of certain creditors following the restructuring of the company's debt. The investment company has three major investments in Tricor Environmental Pte Ltd, Tricor Minerals Pte Ltd and Tricor Resources Trading Pte Ltd."The company is evaluating its further needs and potential sources of funding to ensure that further working capital is available as soon as possible," Tricor said. "The company continues to look at and evaluate investments which may fall within its investing policy."
