Re: analysis at 144p Thanks for your reply TFT which clarifies the position for me. I am inclined to agree your anticipated growth rate of 6% for the next couple of years as there are now many unknown factors here.So I would love it if they could keep the HYP stake beyond the option date but I think that's just wishful thinking. I have been here since March 2012, having watched it closely since it floated. My average purchase price was 89.8p so I showing a very acceptable 50% gain. With the proposed increased dividend my yield is about 3% which, again, is good news.Of the new investments it is Nexus that excites me. That one has reat growth prospects.
JLP moving up now. JLP in JSE hugely up 12% !
WRES about to move up after taking a breather. ZAKMIR first target 1p for WRES. per CEO its worth 3p at least (see presentation below) for one project. also already in discussion for JV partner. [link]
AGM Which will take place first - the Chilcot enquiry or the ERT AGM?Will we live to see the ERT AGM? CERN is trying to create a black hole on Earth. Even Stephen Hawking has warned that what they are doing is dangerous. Here is a report on it but there is somethng suspicious here- it says "next Wednesday" but I don't see a date on the article and the Mail usually has the date on all of its articles.[link] will find lots of "End of the world" type stories on the internet - but see the official CERN web site for serious news on what they are doing, they really are trying to create a black hole on Earth and they HOPE it will just fizzle out.[link]
oh dear an other chinese share scam sell

Goodbye from Colt... Its been long in the bottom draw for me after I sold a chunk back in 2002, before the share consolidation. Now they are delisted, has anyone still kept any...and if so..what might they hope for....?.
TD Direct payment - they don't know! I enquired on saturday and their corporate action teams latest is they checked on friday and had no date (nor any idea) for when payment will be made! well done to those that sold the shares before action closing date - it may have been a penny or so per share less but at least you would have got most of money in bank ready to use/re-invest.I guess theres no legislation for when payments on buyouts have to be made and its a case of how long is a piece of string?
NEW ARTICLE: Surging Sprue Aegis confirms star status "It's no surprise that LSE:SPRP:Sprue Aegis tripled profits in the first half of its financial year; we were told as month two months ago. Re: BPI Chart Breakout.......... This board is alive!A tidy little share which has slipped under the radar of most. This is my longest held share which was bought 16 March 2012 @ 354p.I fancy the 800p target to be met easily as the cost of oil should remain low thus increasing margins. The company has a consistent track record over the last three years and is a great little hold particularly for those who purchase resource heavy index tracking funds. As such my target would be closer to 850-900.GL to all holders.
investors chronicle - interesting update ST in the ic covers Crystal Amber the activist shareholder that owns 30% of LEAF.he sings the praises of CRS and highlights 3 investments, that he thinks will allow CRS NAV to continue to grow ahead of the market.re LEAF he talks of the fact that 9p a share is now in CASH,and that INVENERGY which has a significant proportion of book value is undervalued.Interestingly - he states that CRS 'investment advisors' think that INVENERGY is undervalued in the accounts of LEAF. I say interesting b/c in CRS Annual Report they are quite 'crystal (excuse pun) clear that they see INVENERGY as significantly undervalued. Also interestingly he doesn't mention that CRS states that they expect the CASH from LEAF which will be mostly within 12-15mths will be significantly in excess of the current share price - so he respects the mgt but doesn't reference to their view that LEAF is undervalued. And then I find again interesting he says that 'he is not saying to buy LEAF' but that because LEAF is likely to go up - 1 should buy CRS shares!!Just seemed a little odd to me - but them I have holder bias! - any thoughts anyone? All IMHO, DYOR + BoLLEAF is a top5 hldg
