RNS ~ Takeover Offer @36p a share44% premium to 25p mid price so that's better than a kick up the butt but nevertheless I'm disappointed as I believed ALK had far greater potential than offer prices in, especially with expansion and diminishing national energy generating capacity.

. Xcite's ordinary shares are currently listed for trading on the TSX-V and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM". The directors of the Company believe that the minimal trading activity of Xcite's ordinary shares on the TSX-V no longer justifies the expense and administrative requirements associated with maintaining this dual listing, and that Xcite's continuing AIM listing provides its shareholders with a sufficiently liquid market.

Today is possibly the last chance to get in before news of drill finish and indications of grade. BoD have already indicated last week we could be onto bonanza grades. Could be 4kg per tonne of silver and easy to mine. Great entry price at the moment

Like you I await the Q3 results but my (small) investment here is based on possibility of a Black Swan Event, and you will be aware of my reading of El nino/La nina. I am in NZ, El nino should be associated with weak trade winds in the South Pacific, a boat has just hauled out in the yard here complaining about how strong the winds were in Fiji over the last few months. So I still hold.If I were to believe the forecast of the imminent arrival of the deepest El nino since 1950 I would sell my ATC, put the money on a put option on a sprinkler company in California, invest in a UK power companies (and companies to remove snakes from round the bend in Queensland toilets) and perhaps even give you a (low) forward price on anthracite. Very quiet on here lately ? Unlike Lse with constant flow of posts. Maybe investors here see no ppint in tryimg to bolster the sp. I have long thought that in reality pi's want the sp lower before tje crowd piles in later this year - early next year? 1.5p is on the cards if we don't get anymore good news by end of October. There! Said it! Now we will be all eagre to average down..1.8p by Friday...What a load of tosh this investment is turning out to be? gluck anyway!

SPOKE TO FCA After sending many mails to the FCA Market Abuse, I decided to phone and explained about the situation with regards to AFREN. FCA knows about the company's situation and I suggest and recommend to phone them about the money being lost. That way there is a chance that they may make an investigation into the affairs of the company.
