Big earnings-enhancing acquisition Big acquisition today for this off-the-radar stock:[link] acquisition, of which $11.5m in cash and the balance in shares dependent on meeting financial targets - so nicely played by CHT.Not only earnings-enhancing, but also further synergies to come - and it already makes $1.9m historic EBITDA.Finncap retain their 280p target and conclude as follows: "Constellation has progressed its strategy of building a major provider of US medical billings services with the acquisition of NorthStar First Health at a maximum total cost of $18m. This represents an EV/EBITDA of 9.5x, potentially falling to 4.0x when targeted cost savings have been achieved. We will reassess our forecasts with the soon to be announced interims, but expect this acquisition to enhance FY 2016E EPS by c5% and FY 2017E by c10%."

Re: AIM miners - stay clear I bought these share many years ago when a seriously wealthy member of a well known banking family recommended them to me. He said that the potential upside also was that Mugabe can't live forever! Just how wrong can you be. I still see him but have never dared ask how many he had as the price at the time was 12p. Fortunately my average is down to under 3 which I had hope was recoverable. Hey ho...!

Debt £8m from placing to pay off debt. Debt down by only £3.6.They can't of blown another £4.4m in a few weeks?It's becoming like a tiddler miner explorer, constantly requiring shareholder cash to keep it above water in the hope of a great future.

I would like to think that once top slicing has been corrected (and quite rightly so, peeps need to protect some profit), this will return to the upward trend.For transparency, I'm to the cahoonas in this stock having been impaled on the spike last year!! Averaged down a little and will do so further once the pattern has settled down.I have a second small tranche, only a grands worth, which is setting me at 187% up, which I was in this position with my main holding B_B away for the day now, see what I find upon my return

Fantastic news today Canada Pension Plan buying the rest of Marwyn's stake at 269p per share:[link] removes any overhang at a stroke, and the buyers will certainly be extremely supportive long-term investors.The shares will now be quite tightly held.Hopefully we'll now see a return to 350p-370p.
