Topped up today The emails from Hargreaves Lansdown to my BT email account are currently being delayed by several hours (21 hrs in one case!) so it was a pleasant surprise this evening to discover that my buy-limit order to top-up ZYT had triggered at lunchtime at 304.75. I've come to respect this company since I first bought-in 6 months ago at 270. It has good products, a good niche and seemingly sound management. Hopefully today is a long-awaited opportunity to buy on a dip. MM - waiting for the falling-knife syndrome to start tomorrow
Re: NEW ARTICLE: Chart of the week: Major br... What an entertaining story about tramlines and crossing above and below them. It's a shame BAE don't make trams as there would be an abundance of them to run along or off the edge of.Ultimately the share price must be tracking it's business, which appears to have been falling by about 18% over 5 years. That's an average fall of 6% a year with or without tramlines. Now you can draw two sets of twin tramlines that track the revenue, 1 that rises up and to the right from this point forward and then 2. One that falls down and to the right. Depending on BAE's order conversion rate and it's ability to make sure said positive conversions are delivered profitably, will decide if it's 1 or 2.In fact you could dispense with the tram lines and draw a single line for case 1. and a picture of a parachute for case 2.Games -- tosses coin in air and holds breath whilst waiting to see if it's 1. or indeed if it's 2 !!!
Another good read [link] futures getting brighter, the future in natural pesticides is Eden.....................3D (ignoring the intra week SP movements as they will be irrelevant one day soon)

Re: directors jumping? If directors were happy to cash-in their options back in June for around 90p, then its maye best to kiss this share goodbye for a while.Something odd is going on. I shall keep you updated about the next Sp targets here!

Re: 401.60 -107.90 (-21.18%) Real-time: ... They should have not opened up their books without a formal offer. The Zurich mob played up a bit in the sand pit and then left when they felt like it.Another one to be added to their list bad things and not to do AGAIN in RSA.
directors jumping? ...quite interesting to see that company directors were either excercising all of their options (cashing-in) or done quite a few SELLs lately.[link] Hamilton 106.47 GBX 100,000 120000 17-Jun-15 Sell Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)Jim Davidson 155 GBX 750,000 640000 17-Jun-15 Sell Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)David Abery 155 GBX 250,000 1979649 17-Jun-15 Sell Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)Johan Dippenaar 155 GBX 750,000 640000 17-Jun-15 Sell Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)Adonis Pouroulis 155 GBX 250,000 9564650 17-Jun-15 Buy Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)Anthony Lowrie 155.05 GBX 1,000,000 1000000 15-Jun-15 Exercise of option Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)Adonis Pouroulis 85 GBX 250,000 9814650 15-Jun-15 Exercise of option Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)Johan Dippenaar 85 GBX 750,000 1390000 15-Jun-15 Exercise of option Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI) David Abery 85 GBX 250,000 2229649 15-Jun-15 Exercise of option Trade Notifier Information for Petra Diamonds Ltd.(DI)Jim Davidson 85 GBX 750,000 1390000 What a bunch of p l onkers!

No Regrets Shares Halma is just one of those shares one buys and holds forever. I bought many years ago and it has simply climbed, year in, year out while gaining little attention.Management team know what they're doing, have a great track record of identifying acquisitions, striking the right terms and then successfully integrating and providing diversity so that even with the huge drop in oil and gas development and production, the shares have held up well.
Re: Annual results Typical AIM response. We knew that the figures to March would be full of r & d and IONA launch costs. The drop in sp doesn't reflect the low volume.I'll hang on before buying more.
