Interesting Not quite as clear cut as I had hoped, and certain points need clarifying, but at least there is some background to the shareholding in Invenergy.Significant points I would like to get a better grip on are:1) Why Invenergy have a different understanding of the Operating Agreement2) How robust they believe their valuation of Invenergy is, and that the Third Party valuer will get to a similar valuation (or greater)3) Is the valuation binding?4) What happens if neither the Put or Call are exercised?Pleased with the initial payout, and if agreement can be reached with Invenergy, there appears to be no reason why we can't get most of our investment back early in the New Year.

Re: Prelims Due Jake,Up 3.95% today on a very bad day generally. It could be people gambling on good results, but the other builders share prices haven't responded well to even good results in recent times, and average results by the likes of Bovis saw a substantial drop. It seems to be a strange quirk of the housing sector, although the market will respond over time.

Re: Good entry point Well, we have the change of management but not the extra information needed.Spankaroo's purchase may be well timed, but in the absence of new clear information I can never trust a company which floats in this way, immediately to lose its new investors a fortune.My worry is that if the new information - which is desperately required - were genuine it would result in a write off which would be downright fatal for the current management, and therefore, I would wish to see a new appointment from outside, at which point write offs and improved credibility would go hand in hand.If I am being too pessimistic, then good luck to Spankaroo who will clean up!!

Yes, it would be interesting to read what QTMM had to say if they were the first company to produce quantum Dot LED's. Probably a two page announcement. Whereas Nano didn't even RNS it. Have Dow got it horribly wrong. Have Nanoco really got the first large scale cad free manufacturing facility with multiple clients. Well we'll soon find out.
