I think today's decline in house building share could be due wolseley's forecast for reduced growth for the next year
If the oil has 2.2 sulfur and is "heavy" the single slow boat to Aberdeem is not feasible. The DNA of humpy oil should be like heavy sulfur oil found in the bay of Campeche ,Mexico. This fact kills my 100 times massive upside in selling price, but it proves mt "origin of Mountains- The Ice Flow Theory" I have worked on for 44 years.
Fogl needs Argentina! The "add-on " potential , 2 billion barrels plus in the Diomed ,and Hersl-- complex requires, pipelines to Argentina .
Re: drector holdings Chris Holmes, the chair, has something like 1% of the company and Ron Wood, the previous finance bod, had a slightly smaller amount. Bob Heygate, an out-going NED, has around 25%. Ali Wannop has very few. Various descendants of the founding family probably have about 5-10% between them (eg, Ian Carr, the former chair, had 1.1%, and I'd guess Rilla or his children still have them). The executives all have very generous (over-generous, I'd say), share incentives/options, which has a mild but noticeably dilutive effect.
Re: I am still here what next ? will come back as soon as gold rallies
Re: Trades Yes, I can confidently predict that the shares club members at the Shakespeare were tipped off over lunch that a profound Minty puff piece has been written for tomorrow's results RNS.The SP will climb to 0.75p at the open and then the shares club will cash out for a 50% gain leaving the price back at 0.5p at the end of the day. Not the first time IMO
New shares Can anyone clarify:1] For the last two years the company has been returning funds to shareholders as it felt it could not satisfactorily employ the surplus cash. What has changed that it suddenly wants a lot more cash to invest?2] Current NAV $1.24; new C shares issued at $1; On what basis will the C shares be converted into ordinary shares.
Re: half year results The loans aren't facilities, they're convertible bonds, well underwater so won't be converted. The bondholders could agree to refinance - it's up to them, but that's still a refinance. I suspect they have asset backed bonds, so it might be in their interest to not refinance - and get the company assets instead, it all depends on how string the company's position is in. So if you are running IOF, you need alternate refinancing options, once you have that, you can negotiate.
Re: half year results Thanks for the post the only one following the results.I think there is a good chance the iodine prices will recover over the next year, I thought I had seen a note to say it had gone up for a change.Competitors might buy it out when they realise its not going bust and they can get it on the cheap.Further production to be done though not clear how they finance that but assuming its covered in your cashflow that should enhance cash earnings. Why can't they just rollower the facilities if they are profitable and expanding
Re: perhaps wellerhaps i was wrong to think someone else may like to commentperhaps i was right to think that i'm the only one interested perhaps i should just happily watch upward priceperhaps i was wrong to think that community boards offer chance to exchange views
