Re: Production? Hi Derek,Would you mind explaining why you think now is not a good time to release information? Not sure I understand the reasoning. Cheers SJ

in my opinion, per RNS, its a small delay for XTR. nevertheless, not many AIM miners who are producing and generating revenue. hence, the selling yesterday was overdone and if anything, XTR should be above 0.28p as several directors bought at 0.28p not so long ago. i take it, yesterday at 0.22p was the bottom

Re: progress!. really appreciate your insight... a welcome change on this tumbleweed of a BB....my patience has been tested as a very long term holder all the way down £1.00 up to £1.80 and all the way down to current SP.The cash burn has been ridiculous....the delays on contracts has been ridiculous and the very long lead times on new deals really does test the long term success of this plc... 'in Tom we trust'....they need to get a move on here as they have all the IP but there doesn't seem to be the solid long term contract wins in abundance.,,,,I'd be really keen to know yours or any other views on cashflow / cashburn.....

Re: bought nice and optimistic and potentially plausible. However with capitalism bankrupt and interest rates at zero, and likely to remain at zero, equities will slowly recover.

ETO gretel 30 Sep 2015

Sold out today I decided to sell this morning following the rights issue news. Got rid of a lump first thing at 266.31p and the rest at just below that. It's been a great investment (around a four-bagger from memory), but I know from past experience how the price sinks before the rights issue date.In addition, current trading is lacklustre, and this deal seems expensive short/medium term if probably very remunerative in the long-term.Good luck all. I may well get back in if the price falls far enough as ETO still has a lot going for it.

Re: New shares Jonwig: Thanks your answer. I regret that it seems your summation may be spot on. i.e. Higher fees to the new management company; riskier investment of funds; lower returns to shareholders.I will hold this until year end results but then it may be time to move on.A distinctly fishy smell to what's going on.

Re: TAKEOVER takeover rulesWhere the target is subject to the UK Takeover Code, one of the key areas where restrictions will apply (and an area where bidders may inadvertently trigger obligations or impose restrictions in relation to a possible future takeover offer) is the acquisition of interests in its securities. These restrictions include (amongst other things):an obligation (subject to certain limited exceptions) to make a mandatory cash offer for the remaining shares of the company where a person (together with their concert parties): (i) acquires an interest in shares which carry 30 per cent or more of the voting rights of a company or (ii) holds an interest in shares which carry between 30 and 50 per cent of the voting rights and makes a further acquisition of an interest in shares..........................the announcement today states they own 51.78%so this suggests they have to make a cash offer

Re: SCamkids suspended "There's a pigeon in my bank account"An 'eejit'; maybe; but making more money than you this year. You can't deny REDD and MCB have doubled and I told you when I invested in them some time ago on the NBU board. You, however could not name a single share you thought might do well. When challenged, you change the subject; pathetic.
