A good and decisive AGM....anything to add? A good and decisive AGM....

DSN elsternwick 30 Sep 2015

Re: Densitron Take Over At the AGM I felt that the company had only limited time to get their newer products selling in numbers before the rest of the industry caught up. I thought 10p was achievable in the short term but thereafter it could have gone either way. I'm happy with 11p and no selling fees.

During historical mining two types of mineralized breccias were distinguished, namely siliceous breccias and schist breccias, the former being generally higher in copper contents. The deposit dips steeply, around 70? east, and is zoned vertically, comprising an upper zone of oxide copper mineralization which can exceed the depth of 70 metres, and a lower zone of sulphide copper mineralization.A drilling program carried out in the 1960's (20 holes, 4093 metres) has intersected the Miguel Vacas copper mineralized structure for a strike length in excess of 1 kilometre and down to a vertical depth of 370 metres, with the deposit remaining still open both along strike and down dip.Part of the oxide mineralization hosted by the siliceous breccias of Miguel Vacas was mined in the 1980's by opencast methods over a 340 metre strike length, a width in excess of 13 metres and down to a depth of nearly 40 metres. Colt's first drilling Miguel Vacas comprised two inclined holes completed in 2014 (Figure 2), one of which was under the central zone of the abandoned pit, and the second just north of the pit (See Colt's press release dated January 28th, 2015).The drilling program planned for 2015 comprises three inclined diamond drill holes (Figure 2), including hole BOMV-15-001 under the southern tip of the old pit (Figure 4); hole BOMV-15-002 at around 75 metres south of the pit, to twin historical hole MV-19 (reported intersection of 18.3m @ 1.6% Cu); and hole BOMV-15-003 at around 600 metres south of the pit, to twin historical hole MV-7 (reported intersection of 11.7m @ 0.73% Cu).While drill hole BOMV-15-002 is still underway and has not yet reached the target mineralized structure, analytical results were already obtained for drill hole BOMV-15-001, which are reported here in Table 1.The main mineralized structure was intersected by BOMV-15-001 between 60.00 and 71.63 meters down hole, being located approximately 50 meters below the bottom of the old mining pit (Figure 3).A number of other, narrower mineralized intervals were also intersected, both before and after the main structur

ERT website update Directors holdings - I have never before been in a company where I hold more shares than the directors.[link] of directors - I note with interest, MW's comments on directors-[link]

RM2 deepsleeves 30 Sep 2015

BIG Wow So the directors buy at prices from £0.50 to £0.68 and within months announce a placing at £0.40.This follows a loss of $25M on revenue of less than $2M. At this rate the cash will be gone in 18 months assuming the cash outflow gets no worse. The stitch up also announced, sorry placing that ignores any preemption rights, should provide enough cash for a further year. The directors by way of explanation suggest that they hope to produce more pallets......Given the financial accumen shown by them so far in purchasing shares I suggest any PI's who are unfortunate enough to hold this dog get out now.Deep

Re: at 72p looking forward to results hi d&cunderstand what you mean and it could well turn out a timely sell.I cant see me holding for 15 years for the reasons you say - they are just not big enough, but the business is transformed since 2010 on internal growth, and that is underestimated by the market.I think this will be more evident if they release their internal fcsts for profit to mar 18.when forecasts for next year get to show 10p eps then the market will value at 90p+and then i'll be happy to ride any profits.....I've also analysed the implications of WYG,and think the excessive LTIP that has recently been cancelled was a reason for lack of a sale, time will tellbut good to see holders of both hold up well against the market declines in recent months, and ironically I take some comfort that price has remained steady despite your selling. All IMHO, DYOR + BoLWTM + WYG are in my portfolio

INL Eadwig 30 Sep 2015

Re: Prelims Due "the Board can confirm that, as first advised on 17 June 2015, the Group's profit before tax for the year ended 30 June 2015 will be significantly ahead of the then consensus forecast in the market of £12.7m."Interims delayed due to a new accounting standard, although unsure why it should add a matter of weeks as it isn't *that* new. So roll October 19th to see the full details. It was noticeable that INL was one of the few builders down today, so perhaps there are some people gambling on a boost from the results report, in which case we should see a rise around 17/18th October if they follow the same tactics.
