Re. Dividend Thanks FL. Hargreaves were not showing it xd yesterday but Barclays were. I cannot find a regulatory notice announcing the dividend. Any ideas where i can find it.?I expect one of the tip sheets will give MCT a mention as it has quite a lot of American assets in it now and it is unusual to buy these at this sort of discount. So yes I have been buying!

PGD Antiques Of Woodstock 02 Oct 2015

Uncomfortable Post: Good morning AllAn uncomfortable post to follow detailing facts. On 18th November 2014 when PGD went to the market to raise a load of cash Bill Humphries - Managing Director of Patagonia Gold said: "This fundraising allows Patagonia Gold to accelerate the development of the Cap-Oeste heap leach project which on completion will expand our annual production to approximately 83,000 ounces of gold equivalent (gold + silver).”The Concert Party acquired a volume of shares placing themselves in a situation whereby they were legally obligated to make an ‘Offer' for the company [An offer under Rule 9 of the City Code must be made in cash and at the highest price paid by the person required to make the offer, or any person acting in concert with him, for any interest in shares in the company during the 12 months prior to the announcement of the offer] unless the remaining shareholders voted to waiver this legal obligation at that time – which we did.We all know what happened to the ‘approximately 83,000 ounces of gold equivalent’ target – it miraculously evaporated as soon as the money was raised with the company 3 months later releasing a statement on 19th March 2015 stating: 'Although the studies indicate that the process route and design are well suited to the Cap-Oeste ore the current oxide ore reserves are considered to be insufficient to advance the project at this stage.’83,000 ounces of gold production and the reason for the raising of that capital disappeared overnight but the Concert Party had acquired their controlling position which clearly suited their agenda.1st June 2015 Bill Humphries announces that he is retiring from the Board and will not be standing for re-election at the AGM.8th December 2015 in just under 10 weeks time – the Concert Party will have exceeded the 12 month ruling timeline meaning that they just need to buy one more share to be placed again in a position whereby they are legally obligated under the same AIM rules to make an ‘Offer’ for the company at the highest price they have paid for a share in the last 12 months.May I humbly suggest that should the Concert Party decide to buy another share/s that they will not do so at 4.5 pence with the Offer Price now sitting at about 1.0 pence – which of course means that the Concert Party would be legally obligated to make an Offer for the rest of the company at whatever price they pay for the new share/s they acquire any time after the next 10 week deadline has passed. Is it just me or do the facts surrounding this situation look suspicious at best?Good luck All…

Re: WILL NEW CEO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE? Good morning!I topped up this morning following the very weak share price; trading at P/E ratio of 13-14 as of this morning. I'm not sure the living wage increase will be as significant & damaing as the markets fear; more money for the consumer to spend with afterall.. all goes around

Red Letter day for PMG: PM delivers! If anyone is wondering why it is so quiet on this bb, the chat is all on LSE.[link] a brilliant funding deal this is, especially given this is an AIM company in the beleaguered Mining sector. Well done Philip Manduca! He's been 'talking the talk' for some time, and now he's 'walking the walk'. Even a $2m discount off the price of Mothae! Good luck all holders. This is one to be long in and to hold for the long term.

Re: SCamkids suspended "So would you buy a fund which increases in value if the market goes down?"No, because that would be a shorting fund. Ideally the stockmarket exists to allow companies to raise money from investors; it should not exist to be a casino which is what it has become. Also when you invest in a share, your maximum loss is limited to your investment. When you short a share your loss is potentially unlimited (as shorters of Porsche (or was it VW) found out to their cost).

Production I would have thought we might have had a monthly update on production, long suffering shareholders do seem to be at the very bottom of the food chainI am surprised that with over 400 people on site info is not leaked out on how well its going?

Re: SCamkids suspended So would you buy a fund which increases in value if the market goes down? You asked me to name a winner and believe me shorting AO World was one of the biggest and easiest wins I've had on the market.

SEV on greenhill 02 Oct 2015

Bus ExhibitionCreated Bus ExhibitionCreated by BHX1 on LSE bb ( Posted on 30 Sept b4 see the RNS)As promised I visited the Bus and Coach show at the NEC.I managed to have a reasonably extensive and positive conversation with him (CEO) when he was on the Greenroad stand introducing myself as a shareholder. Below are a few of the pertinent observation -both his and mine.1 He was very careful (and quite rightly so) to emphasise that he could not provide commercially sensitive information to either me or any other interested investor -and that this would account for his being reluctant -other than in very general terms to release information on the status of his contract negotiations. From the outset he was quite clear that there are a number of decisions upon which he awaits - which would appear to be "very close". He did not indicate the names of the companies or their value /size -but to confirm -they are very substantial and could impact on the fortunes of SEV within the UK.2.He confirmed that his key area of interest/experience was in security -hence his going to Japan on Sunday for the world security exhibition which SEV in itself exhibiting. There he will be concentrating on all his varied contacts worldwide -which I believe to be substantial. He may in fact detour via New Zealand.3.He confirmed -and was slightly apologetic about the fund raising last week -but stated "there is a very good reason" -I did not push him on this other than to say that IMHO Beaufort leave a great deal to be desired and are unimpressive.4.Overall -and here I will reiterate Wad's perception he struck me as very very professional -well connected -not a salesman but an engineer who understands his market and is well placed for the future.I hope this helps. Let me know if you require any further amplification.Ian..................................................................PS: my view, I am in this with deep red (AVG is 4.75p). The company has products, the clients want the new vision one, latest one, so sell not good, me think. Also the global economy makes companies less willingness to commit the purchase unless it is very necessity. Plus I have gut that the company is lack of ability in opening up the market. The interim result net loss is terrible, but some PIs think open up Manchester office ... cost money. Any way this price is not for sell SEV shares.
