Is it time to buy in again? I am Trying to understand why there are jitters in the property sector.'Someone is selling again today. Redrow is now on a future PE of 9 and 8 for the next year. With the report from Bellway this seems a wee bit low. However, when you look at the overall sector all builder shares seem to be down 10/15% from their highs. It is almost as if the market has de-rated the house builders sector and looking at the NAV of each company and pushing the SP figures to reflect historical valves of 1.5-2 x book valve and forgetting about the PE's'[link]

Re: Deeply Concerned, I take some comfort knowing that Clifford Chance would probably not have taken the CHL case unless there was merit. I'm a long term holder and will stay till the end result

SAB tejo 13 Oct 2015

Obvious staregy The strategy of having earlier bids fail and then coming in with a take out bid was pretty obvious from the start and as I forecast last Wednesday. I had hoped for £45 but happy with this bid and will sell. problem is where to re invest. Diageo is Ok but stodgy.

COP Trouble_Two 13 Oct 2015

COP: Your Typical AIM Share In my view, I feel this share is your typical AIM share with the management to go with it.But beware of the fact there will be a stampede to get hold of these shares (bang bang) - PMSL.As expected, I can see from trading that PI's no longer believe in this company. Only 328K shares traded. Steve Jenkins: I think you should wake up and smell the coffee (or beer). No director's buying and no mention of dividends after almost 15 years. PMSLI have no shopping here. NOT A BUY ON THIS COUNTER.God do look after those who help themselves............................The next RNS message from management will be, I feel:"Thank you so much (small print: we have your money) for those PI's for your continual support and a happy new year"TTNow the question is: Investec can you explain your buy recommendation here for the past 15 years, which of course never materialized (or any other broker/s).

Needs to go higher (Part 2) Nothing to get too excited about yet - not even reached my target price so I'm sitting tight. Might start to take notice around £40, but I wouldn't be averse to holding ABInBev anyway.

Re: tethys response to Olisol What a tremendous amount of words to say that there is no clarity or certainty whatsoever.Do they imagine that such lengthy spiel makes them appear as though they are in full control of the situation and there is no need to be concerned?Living on hope here, very concerning for us PIs

BOR rifter101 13 Oct 2015

Is this now a derivative of Fogl If fogl strikes the black stuff, the Bor shall surely rise on the back of it, as it will bring the chances of getting a real producing oil industry in the FI closer. Also Bor are cheap enough for a takeover, or a farm in/out deal. With the Botox Queen on the way out all looks rosy. In the mean time Bor have been busy in the lab proving up what they have.If all goes poorly for Fogl, then we might see a little dip but nothing too dramatic, so it may be a safer place to put your FI money strangely and that may explain the SP rise

Re: Partnership!! Interesting chart, Andy. It could be a carbon copy of soooo many AIM tiddlers since 2011. Same old story no doubt....riches mañana - NOT! Directors lapping at the trough? I reckon 2016 will be a real doom year for anyone who is not actually processing ore and earning income. Today's market has no more tolerance for exploring, drilling and share dilutions.
