The detailed Conditions (and the extent to which any of these are capable of being waived at the sole discretion of Barbican) are set out in Appendix I. The Offer will be conditional upon:• acceptances received of not less than 90 per cent. of the Alkane Shares to which the Offer relates;• the United Kingdom Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change confirming in writing that it does not intend (i) to revoke or recommend the revocation of any interest in any petroleum exploration and development, appraisal or production licence in the United Kingdom held by any member of the Alkane Group; or (ii) to require a further change of control of any such member, in each case as result of the implementation of the Offer; and• fulfilment of those other Conditions listed in Appendix I to this announcement.

Re: FLYB, Broker update.........SP TARGE... Again, no mention of huge continuing financial impact of blackbird. Load factor decline is also a worry (caused by redeployed blackbird E195's??) . It is as though these costs do not exist.... except they do and the results could be talked up and yet also be terrible?!

But I'm not delusional enough to suggest that the writ has not affected the company short term, the only way I will know how much is if they release some sales figures from the contracts they have won.---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---It would suggest to me if Illumia are willing to settle before anything getting to court, they have not got a case, so why settle?If Premathia settle out of courts, it suggests to me that Illumia have indeed got a case.Either way, I hope this share price gets back to the dizzy heights of 0.3 pence. I was an old Viaology investor.

Good posts sandgrounded and Iblonden. .Many people here have years of research and aslso many jump on the band wagon at the peaks and dips so it would be hard to know who to trust.Let us hope that those with plenty of research who have made their own minds up will be abuntantly rewarded in time.
