de-list The cash shell is probably worth something to somebody, why de-list , just div out the nta and sell the shell.I own a few of these ( and also AVAP ) The parent owns 98%+ now they should just offer the final sub 2% of punters a 30p bid then I will sell, Otherwise if they de-list and become a private company I will make sure that the minority shareholders will be a thorn in their side !!

Another positive I like the deluge of director buying recently, they know more than anyone the quality of the projects, its a very good indication the shares are cheap.To me it looks like when a chunk of cash was returned in special divs, that was then recycled back into the shares in the market, I am guessing they will be trying to pay out as much as possible and again buy in with the proceeds, our interests are very strongly aligned,I am buying more today (-:

at 36p analysis of partial redemption good to see progress here. the 40% redemption I calc will give an initial adj NAV of 58p.to the upside is the favourable FX mvt since 31 June, adding maybe a further 3p,but admin costs are likely to be higher than net rental income less costs reduce by 2p.however the risk aspect of the remaining assets has increased....I.e. will defd CASH be paid?will restricted CASH be returned?can the assets be sold?on a conservative extrapolation,with a further 18 months of admin costs, and remaining assets sold for 10% less than book value,gives a very realisable 50p.very tricky to buy shares thoughAll IMHO, DYOR, BoLPSPI is in my portfolio

Dido Harding Yep. Seems she should now do the decent thing and rude her horses into the sunset.........without any final 'pay off'. Indeed it would be a nice gesture to pay back her inflated remuneration (over) paid in recent past.
