Kenny100 on LSE posted this> >Any one invested in a good company.will at times ramp it up from time to time, I consider a little ramping to be normal human reaction on a BB. This then has a tendency to create a steady flow of happy chatter and lifts peoples spirits. Lets face it any one that talks a company down persistently is not invested or enjoys stabbing himself and others in the back...........kenny Well I dont agree with that last sentence. I will put up research that I find interesting, and if I post it here I can go back to it later. However, from experience I also know that no amount of research can protect from top level telling a load of porkies or stretching the truthSo what happens? When nothing is happening doubt sets in. Others bring up the same questions apertaining to that doubt. I think that is actually a good thing. If one person hunts and searches for info and there isnt any, thats not good. If a whole rake of other people hunt and search and come up with the same lack of info, thats a very bad thingIt is clear that there is something missing from the information we have been gven. The story is not as being told to us. There have been a lot of companies on AIM that have been guilty of this, I want to use all avenues to encourage people to ask further questions, They know the people to ask, the contacts, the journalists. I want to be able to harness that, I welcome any publicity for the stock that I holdI havent always thought like that, mores the pityI dont consider bringing up doubts as deramping, and i dont enjoy poking my own investment. I do hold stock in Afriag, first buying in at around 2p and buying since that time. One family bought in at 2p and has not averaged down, so considerably at a lossIt isnt the loss that is that concerning at the moment. Its the fact that we are not being told the truth that is concerning. I do not believe there are lots of trucks running around Africa with AFriag blazed across the backs. Well why isnt there? I was led to believer that was the case. If they are being as third party hauliers well dont tell lies in the first place ie Afriag fleet of trucks. IT IS A LIE and if they lie about that what else are they lying aboutI am not going to post here anymore. I will leave it to others to see if they can find anything, Dont tell honest people they are either not invested or like to injure themselves with a pokey stick. I have heard it all before

Re: had a nibble at 75p I know a strong buy flag on a stock in this position Is highly likely to end up with the poster looking like an utter t I t as the stock price dives off into oblivion...... but here goes. I honestly think the fears are over done. I know this contradicts my last post and I can not be bothered to post long reasons why I changed my mind but, looking at the balance sheet, the debt seems manageable in the context of this companies assets and cash generation. Moreover, on the whole banks genuinely are being supportive so, given that trading actually is not as horrific as the results make it seem, I would expect the covenant test not to be a big issue. The successful outcome of which might generate some interest.Like CT, I took up a small holding this morning. Let's see how it pans out.

Re: Nostrum RNS 3D, I admire your optimism but I stand by my post from 14/10 'no takeover here, folks!'Bell & co signalled then that they are determined to plough on alone, raising finance in increasingly desparate deals, with the knock-on effect of ever-diminishing shareholder value. At least the deal (when announced) will remove the risk of TPL going under for the foreseeable future. I sold half my holding last week but would consider buying back at 3p.

Re: Loan Notes due to ex_Aferro sharhold... Of course, IMIC are more likely to want to pay ex-AFF Loan Note holders with IMIC shares... but would this be agreed if effectively worthless and/or if IMIC is in administration or equivalent...Inputs here welcomed from those who believe they know what is going on and what the outcomes might be for AFF Loan Note holders.

Why so quiet here?

Re: Loan Notes due to ex_Aferro sharholders Sounds like our ex-AFF Loan Notes may not be re-paid unless IMIC can get extra funding... if they become insolvent then I assume IMIC will be wound-up and the assets will be fought over between the bond and loan note holders... and IMIC shareholders will lose all their money. If IMIC do get extra money, e.g. from their China based partners, they may choose to pay off our Loan Notes rather than cause a 'default' position from a banking perspective.Certainly, I haven't been asked whether I would be willing to see payment deferred in return for additional interest payments or share options, etc. It's not a lot of money in my case, just c.£3,600, but I would rather not lose it and see this put into my bank account for Christmas this year.I guess our position is still better than we would have been in had AFF still been in place - with a much low value "asset" given current commodity prices; and bond holders will have more rights than IMIC shareholders.

Re: Return of Capital and Stock Consolid... numberbiter: Your comment 'dividends would be taxed' is not correct unless you're a higher rate taxpayer. I am a basic rate taxpayer and get all dividends tax-free. So I much prefer dividends to any form of capital gain.

TMZ Richard Woollaston 27 Oct 2015

Re: Jan Sensier Interview on BBC Breakfast l... The interview threw up some points relevant to the more widespread adoption of this technology. I'm concerned about the barriers to introduction, which is why I'm not currently an investor. These include (in no particular order):1. Does not (I believe) include blood pressure monitoring;2. Requires a proprietary wireless network to be installed in hospitals;3. Product liability issues - what if someone dies and the sensor is found to be faulty?4. Political - the technology's business case rests on reductions in staff monitoring patients, not reallocation as the interviewee suggests. This will be controversial to say the least;5. Competition - there are a number of large companies very actively involved in developing remote monitoring systems. With TMZ's size, I doubt they have the resources to stay in the race (which is why they are looking at options for the IP I guess).ATB
