Looking at their last set of numbers it seems to be at about £620M and annual profits at £177M after tax, or about 3.5 years.Although the latter figure may be shrinking now after today's warning.This has hit Senior and all the other engineers today as well.Games

Re: Auditor appoinment eagle,according to DigitalLook, Standard Life and Ruffer (I'm surprised by that!) had similar sized holdings to the one Forum took (together with Norges Bank - a larger one - and KBC - a smaller one). My guess is that Forum thought that since two such illustrious UK investment houses had stakes in Globo, they could safely take a similar-sized stake.

Is this a dud investment ? I do not think so. Long term track record is good. The share price has been held down for the past few months because of substantial fund raising last March : £130 mln at 165p , investors including Invesco and Woddford Investments. Simon Thompson of IC is a long term follower, tipping them on 31/3/15....update likely soon
