Re: Buy Buy BUY Indeed it is masking something .It`s a long story .One should take a fresh look at trading price since the heady days of 3/8p when we all thought this Co was going bottoms up ,investors took a large chunk at circa 54p in july 2014 .Since then trading has been light and the share price very erratic , to put it mildly.Remember we were promised £5 million profit per annum and so far the BOD have been pretty adept at hitting the spot .Since the change to a Rice/ Lighting company .Then again we are a China Co which is a huge risk .Not a share for those with a pacemaker . Good luck And May

Re: Daryl's dodgy contract I have seen & read enough now... the current MIRL Board has to go in my view. They do not have my trust as they clearly don't hold shareholder's interests as of prime importance, and Hodges, in particular, has taken action which has directly led to distrust by the whole business, management and community in Peru. This is less than professional and I trust those who can vote with most of the shares will vote for the MIRL board to be completely changed as per the proposals.I cannot see any other way for MIRL to survive with the support of those who really count. The CFO who resigned seems to be one of the few with any conscious...

Re: director holdings "The borrowings v EPs growth"Grey, what is the concern with this ratio? On balance the borrowings don't seem excessive compared to it's absolute debt. In terms of any relation to earnings growth, I would have thought the P/E was the thing to consider here, along with any rate of growth of debt, rather than the absolute debt figure. The debt in the last 5 years has been declining as the net profits have been rising as indicated in the last post.Games - unless my figures are wrong or out of date

IMIC Buy and hold 01 Nov 2015

Re: Loan Notes due to ex_Aferro sharhold... I don't know what is going on, but it seems to me there are 4 possible outcomes:1. The loan notes are redeemed in cash. I suspect this is dependent on the company being able to raise enough share or loan capital from a big Chinese backer.2. The loan notes are redeemed in shares. Under the terms of the loan notes, this is only allowed if the company is listed as at 30.11.15, which will now depend upon the company finding a new nomad. In any case, I suspect the directors will wish to avoid this option because, with the current state of the company, it would massively dilute the shares of the existing IMIC shareholders (rather ironic, because to all intents and purposes this would mean Afferro taking over IMIC rather than the other way round).3. The company agrees with the loan note holders either a deferral or the issue to them of unlisted shares (probably non-voting).4. The company goes into administration or liquidation. I've no reason to think that the directors are not perfectly honourable, but it is by no means unknown for directors of companies to use this route to acquire company assets on the cheap.Anyway, we'll soon see ....

Vintegrated capitalism? Wonder where the elusive Afriag SA bought their trailers and trucks from. Hope they got mates ratesStill, nothing to do with us, doesnt give Plc any value added

AFRI akaDolly 01 Nov 2015

and then of course as Kenny100 sees on 44 Pomono Road Johannesburg, you have PR trailers. Again that would be wild speculation to suggest that has anything to do with with PdRJust means Pomona Road trailers, probablyThis link shows that Afrit has office all over Southern Africa. Cant be anything to do with Afri Ag thoughwww.afrit.co.za/after-sales.html

AFRI akaDolly 01 Nov 2015

then I saw this and thought Kenny doesnt look far enough. If you really wanted to look out of the box you could go wild with speculation and theories. Coincidences? Aldi trucks showing up in SA, you have to ask import trade or actually export? Coming home for repairs and resale? The trailer company in Cape Townwww.google.co.uk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=cts%20trailers%20cape%20townwhich is of course a division of AFRIT (see CTS solutions tab)www.afrit.co.za/afrit-group-solutions.htmlAll very interesting when you consider Paul Foley ex of Aldi and now out and aboutYou really need to look at his history to get a feel of the skills and Aldi/Iceland connections [link] also has a finance department, see Finance Tab, Im sure the namesake is just a coincidence though, probably not part of the same familywww.afrit.co.za/afrit-group-solutions.htmlI see they also have, within the same link, an ATLAS pre owned trailer divisionBlimey, you could have a field day if you wanted to let your imagination and speculation run away with you.AFRIT would certainly work out to be a Vintegrated (vertically integrated) companyMore trucks, trailers, finance, insurance companies than you could shake a stick at. They just want a bit of potash and agriculture to stick on to itWonder if anyone already thought of that

Why the cotinuous... selling? Views anyone?

AFRI akaDolly 01 Nov 2015

I liked this post on LSE by Shylock kenny100, I am invested in Africa and I do research with a view to expanding that part of my portfolio. With all AIM smallcaps, research is necessary to confirm what is stated or claimed in a company's RNS's. Hence, I looked high and wide for evidence that Afriag SA is a bona fide company but the only references I could find were taken from RNS's. So I asked here if anyone could point me to Afriag SA's company registration, address, telephone number, website or any of the other basic essentials that potential customers in Africa would use to find and make contact with the company. Others have asked the same question of David Lenigas on Twitter. But no-one has any answers - including DL who said, incredibly, that potential customers should just make contact directly with him. You, as a shareholder here, may prefer to stick your head in the sand and ignore such questions in the hope they will go away and no-one will notice. But if I were a shareholder, I would be demanding to know the answers because a chunk of shareholder money has allegedly been used to buy a 40% stake in this invisible company. Since I am not, I have the option of simply walking away and crossing Afriag off my watchlist - and that point is fast approaching.

May be of interest to old Vialogy holders I don't recall the lapsing of the transfer terms with VEC being reported to the market, but I found the extract below on P43 of the report and accounts. This confirms that VEC seems to have failed in its attempt to commercialise QRI, so the licence assets and contracts have reverted back to Vialogy LLC, which is 100% owned by Premaitha. "12 SubsidiariesPremaitha Health PLC has two US subsidiaries, ViaLogy LLC and Vialogy Energy Corp. (“VEC”, which have been included in these consolidated financial statements: ViaLogy LLC is a company whose principal activity is developing applications for its patented Quantum Resonance Interferometry (QRI) technology. QRI is a technology which separates the background ‘noise’ that envelopes weak signals. On 12 February 2014, Vialogy LLC sold to VEC its licence to use QRI together with some fixed assets and contracts. On 12 February 2015 the licence assets and contracts reverted to ViaLogy LLC as the terms of the contract had not been fulfilled."I guess that Sandeep couldn't have chosen a worse moment to try and go it alone with a new seismic technology in the oil and gas market. However, since this tech is now back in the Premaitha stable and that QRI is essentially about looking for weak signals amongst background noise, I wonder whether this is now worth anything to the Group, particularly as they develop their next products? My understanding is that Vialogy originally developed QRI as a biotech tool, so it would be interesting to know whether the lab guys are looking at it. There are presumably also some kind of revenues still coming in from the previous contracts, so I guess there's still a feint possibility of selling the licences to one of the big oil service co's to generate a few £million of additional capital.
