Annual results Market appears to have mixed views on results. SP opened 2.6% down but by about 8:15 only 0.2% down, falling back down as I type. Most of the bad news on food deflation had already been flagged. A big concern was that Primark's rapid expansion, with so many new stores opening, would have a negative impact on like-for-like trading however like-for-like increased 1%. They have effectively cut costs, reduced debt and increased dividend by 3%.IMO, on balance, these are good results, considering various head winds they are up against. I would welcome other investors opinions.

Re: Time to buy I fully agree with you Dave. If Flutiform is positively making its way on the market and the use of Exparel is extended, the share price of SKP should follow upwards. Actually, SKP is only quoted at a PE of 14 for the end-of-the-year 16 revenues and this share price does not reflect any positive surprises. But your ‘off the radar’ could have another explanation. Funds don’t need to invest in SKP to be major shareholder. An investment in Swiss-quoted HBM could be more rewarding. HBM is main shareholder of SKP (among the biggest participations) and also of Pacira, Ophtotech, Advanced Accelerator and Basilea, and for the latter one an IPO on Nasdaq is expected for the end of this year. Above this, HBM Healthcare pays a serious dividend (the last one being 5%). For a fund or a bigger investor, HBM is a less risky bet on SKP, and the investment is rewarded every year by a hefty dividend. Ambiorix.

Re: where are you? Anyone can object if they think they would be prejudiced by a capital reduction. Creditors, claimants etc.If someone is taking action against the company there is a high chance they will object because (a) they might genuinely believe they will be placed in a worse position if the company's assets are dissipated and (b) because it creates uncertainty and applies pressure to the company to try and force a settlement.

Re: Trading up-date this Thursday The company continues to deliver growth, but this is a classic AIM stock where few shares are traded daily so any sale, however small, leads to an exaggerated move in price. News is needed to create new impetus.

Re: at 4.5p - update confirms good CASH flow However we will have to wait and see if any reduction in debt was due mainly as a result of the $9.4m from the sale and leaseback back in July.

Profit warning Current figures look well, but "in the short-term there remains considerable uncertainty about the state of the market and its impact on our trading and accordingly we believe the year ahead will be trading substantially below current market expectations".
