Re: The Legitimacy of our claim. PennyThe Company isn't the shareholders. The Company is a separate entity from shareholders. There IS a distinction. The directors have a duty to act in the interests of shareholders, employees and creditors. I don't disagree with your complaint about the injustice, but it isn't and won't be a concern that the arbitration judges will give a second thought. Fact.

Re: Great news again - perhaps Not sure I can agree 3D. I have not read all the way though yet, but giving up the cannery? Why not 'sell' the cannery. What has happened to the integration. We did have growing, preserving and selling. Now the middle bit has gone! I suspect you are right about the forestry though - should show a tidy profit when that goes through. I am still posting a buy, as I think this will come good, but I would like to have seen more on the figures at this stage.

But, of course.. If Pierre and Monsieur Lalonde decide to give us 10p-plus, I shall partially forgive them )

all news positive All the news is positive.Good buys today far outnumbering the sells and still this goes down Who says the stock markey isnt corrupt.Only when they have a root and branch investigation into Bank and Stock market manipulation will the general public ever have the confidence to buy into this clearly rigged and corrupt shambles.

Re: The Legitimacy of our claim. The system of justice is way too pondering, lumbering, apathetic, inward looking and self-important (see Brigitte Stern's recent book-like waffle on valuation)..The system loses sight of what it is there for.

Re: The Legitimacy of our claim. Indaknow - since the company IS the shareholders, then you can't split the two.The investment IS the business, and the investment IS shareholding. But, my point is more that justice is not served by massive delays. No amount of interest on top etc etc can assuage the passing of time and that loss for company staff, Directors, and stakeholders.

Short Term Facility From a survival perspective, its good news that the BoD have bought themselves a few months with which they can buy in the expertise to keep the Company operating. We don't have details on the cash burn to determine how tight liquidity still is but from previous announcements its likely going to continue to be a struggle. No terms disclosed for the Radix facility but it won't be cheap despite it being secured (and after all we are finding difficulty in realising asset values so a lender is likely to discount these very heavily).I guess if it's a liferaft we can't be too choosey.B

AMI 4unme 06 Nov 2015

If you have any internal information on why AMI went to admin? Deloitte could look into it and then report to various authorities. Then, investors like us can take legal actions.

UTW casabanker 06 Nov 2015

I managed to buy some more this morning at 175 including costs. This afternoon I read about UTW overstating profits by £1million due to an accounting error. I haven't seen anything in the news section but I don't have a daily newspaper anymore. The note I saw today was from Shares magazine and they recommend to avoid buying UTW. I'm glad I didn't see that before I bought.Casa.

NEW ARTICLE: Share of the week: Meggitt down but not out "It seems odd picking LSE:MGGT:Meggitt as Share of the week. A third-quarter profits warning late last month pounded the defence contractor and plane parts engineer, and within a day more than 26% of its value had been wiped out. But it's a ..."[link]

Re: Director and related interest buying. MGGT MeggitHmm just found this on the IC: site (mid september) and may shed some light on recent Director Buys......Buffett acquisition highlights Meggitt's allureWarren Buffett's recent $37bn (£24bn) purchase of aerospace parts supplier Precision Castparts highlights the allure of UK peer Meggitt (MGGT). And directors have recently been buying shares, too, as the components and sub-systems manufacturer boosts investment to capitalise on strong end markets. With last month's first-half results emphasising Meggitt's attractions and bid speculation growing, we think the shares look too cheap on 13 times forecast earnings.

Re: precis......... You're still telling fibs OG. I didn't make the claims you say - I asked questions; might have made a few suggestions but no more. No fraud has yet been proven - it might well be, but it hasn't been yet. Get the facts straight. What are you doing here if you've never had any financial interest in QPP - saving us from ourselves? Or do you fancy yourself as a 'Clark Kent' of the boards? Re: "the company's auditors have stated publicly that they were lied to by QPP board members"..........I have to admit I didn't see this - can you post a link please? What did you think of the video about your hero, btw? Still think RT's the most dishonest person who's ever trodden the planet?130 words up to here; shorter than yours - 218. Would you mind being a little less verbose? You were quite right about the long one being 915 words - I forgot to count the bit I wrote about you being a bit simple.
