Never been in this situation before, but still have some shares and now received a letter from Capita to sell at a 15% commission. Is there a way to avoid this charge?

Foo is laying the ground for another massive dilution to further clip the long term investors, little wonder he stopped buying VOG shares years ago.

Re: Edison Research Mel,Do we know how much NIHL claims were sold for? Do we know if a portion of the sale price was for the right to 50% of the NIHL WIP at sale date and future NIHL business?Yes, HL may be big, in which case QPP shareholders will get much of the benefit - that is why the deal was structured the way it was. The growth in NIHL claims was incredible and I don't believe sustainable, certainly not at 44% profit margin or whatever it was. Your 0.5 calculation is derived from the agreed 53,000 odd cases on the books at the time of sale. What do you think S& should have paid for this? This was based on a defined set of cases, not future cases therefore normal P?E ratios cannot possibly apply. The structure was sensible - there is a huge amount of uncertainty over how much revenue these cases will eventually bring in - this way QPP shareholders get a substantial benefit from the work they had done to get the cases onto the books and S&G are incentivised to complete the cases. You have done your analysis of the Edison report and are confident of their projections being within a certain percentage and you may well be right in which case you will no doubt make a nice return on your investment. I was just pointing out this research is not independent and other non independent research on exactly the same business, providing 32 pages of detailed analysis and projections managed to arrive at a value significantly over stated the price achieved.

Re: For Grey - Short term CLIG movements GSThe main problem is low liquidity and therefore wide spreads which then translates into lumpy share movements. Not really ideal for trading.F1

RNS + Current Account Running Costs Noting the proceeds now made available through the placing, does anyone have a feel for the above...? Strikes me that we are in a pretty healthy position going forward and with enormous potential in the new markets.

Yield At this price the yield is 8.5%; and the dividend is covered. That should give some support to the share price.
