NEW ARTICLE: Trends and Targets for 20/11/2015 "SPECTRIS PLC  (LSE:SCS) completes our week of looking at shares pending news. Website Activity Taking account that the company has not issued an RNS there does appear to be some interesting activity on the JQW website.Quite a few companies, hundreds in fact, appear to have listed and/or updated new product entries within the last week or so.One company Shanghai Automation had up to today listed 5 products since 2012. Today they listed an additional 482.[link] wonder when we will get news?

Georgia Finally Laid To Rest Hi Guys, My last post was to inform the BB that Strait Oil and Gas (uk)was under the control of a corporate restructuring firm.Today the following information was submitted to Companies House[link] will not that there was a GM held at which 3 reslutions were passed "Extraordinary resolution to wind up on 2015-11-10Extraordinary resolution to wind up on 2015-11-10Extraordinary resolution to wind up on 2015-11-10 "That is one resolution for each of the incarnations that defined the Strait structure in Georgia.Strait Oil and Gas (UK) - the company which RRL and RMP owned 40% and 20% of respectively and the company which RRL lent all the money to. They owned the other two conpanies.Strait Oil and Gas(Georgia) which borrowed the money from the (uk) version and spent it on seismic and sundry other operations related expenditure.Straight Oil and Gas (Gibraltar) which owned the Georgia exploration licenses. Also included in the announcement was the appointment of a voluntary liquidator.I don;t think that there was much left in the cupboard when both old moth eaten Eastman and the auditors fled the coup in the spring. What there is left will no doubt be used to meet the Liquidators expenses.Given the dates on the resolutions are nine days ago, I am slightly miffed that neither Range nor Red Emperor thought it worthwhile to inform their shareholders of this price sensitive info that has been in the public domain all day.Neither thought it worthwhile to keep the wee guys in the loop that the big guys are permanently wired into.So that is the line finally drawn under Georgia - on to better thinks where hopefully the operator will be able to properly read the seismic readings this time.GLABF

Police Austerity & G4S BBC radio today spoke to Lincolnshire police who have used G4S for a number of back office functions and made 22% in savings. This is being held up as a model for other forces to follow as massive cuts are on the way and other similar rural forces such as Cumbria have been warning that they are already down to the bone with something like one officer on duty for every 100 square miles of their area. I believe it was said that there are 41 separate Police forces in the UK (or was it just England?), all facing deep cuts to their budgets.I'd noticed G4S mentioned as a safe high yielder for a portfolio in an article a few weeks ago. However, a quick glance over the fundamentals doesn't suggest the yield is that safe and if they do drop out of the FTSE 100 the share price will definitely suffer - although that would mean a higher yield if the dividend is maintained, of course.I'll be doing more research as G4S would provide some good diversification for my SIPP, but I need more than yield, I would like to see growth also, and that looks far from guaranteed - although the example from Lincolnshire could provide further opportunities.I imagine they are quite vulnerable to the new basic living wage rules going forward as well?Any comments or guidance that might help me direct my limited research time or point out issues of concern or opportunity, I would be grateful to hear from.

BA veksi 19 Nov 2015

Winner Bae looks to be a winner even if there is a sell off.Against rolls Royce already outperformed.Bae just got awarded 1.3 billion contract for the nuclear submarine, and although Typhoin work is slowing a bit next year I would expect it to pick up again. These terrorist are a bonus for bae shareholders. Kuwait ordered 28 typhoons, but I would expect more rich ME states to buy due to deashit. Looking further ahead, analyst targets are far too low as a result. From current levels, or from the recent lows of 420/450p, bae can double in couple of years. Imo of course.

Next quarter traditionally strong for house builders and I think market is missing the bigger macro picture around earnings from the residential property market.
