Re: Another IC / ST update Another factor is the diminished management credibility after the attempted scam. Are they bitter aboiut it?Will they try something else less stupid? Are they distracted by all that?Human nature would suggest the last thing they are doing is sitting there acknowledging it was a crazy idea, what were they thinking, admonishing themselves? But then I don't know the management. One other thing, through a avariety of reasons I did not participate in the last redemption offer so did not bank the special divi but retained more shares. Anyone know if I am likely to be better or worse off as a result?
Re: Results - P/E? - Future I am expecting NAV after revaluation at somewhere around 100p. I think you can check out Simon Thomson (inv chronicle) for a fuller calc of that.EPS is somewhat obscured by exceptional gains but at an operating level strikes me that they are performing around the 7p mark.So for me versus other house builders 7p*12 as a p/e = 84p. Most house builders are trading around 1.4* book value (I think currently) so with NAV closer to 100p you would be looking at unto 140p. However, I don't think Inland is quite comparable at a NAV level to other house builders thus I am looking for closer to 100p from them over the next year.Interesting to see them falling though post results especially after a further sale of project at very profitable level . CEO sold £1m worth though so his will have had some effect. I am not so worried by this given his remaining holding is still high and he has limited windows in which to sell.
i have it at 90% buy rate at the minute according to HL
Opportunity? The oil price is making a nonsense of the 3p " Opportunity".Unfortunate , bad timing, advisors ? Regards. P
quite alot of buys early morning but still no really movement on price :S confusing
Re: Opportunity... UTW appears to be suffering from growing pains. However, I think it has much going for it. It's profitable, has good cash flow, cash on the balance sheet, increasing profit and turnover, a low PER of just over 10 and has just increased its dividend to 5p. In addition the sp has fallen significantly. Is it a buying opportunity?Casa.
Re: What to do? I've sold, well up from the initial price of 30/40 or whatever I bought for, it was so long ago.Price has been slipping back so Mr Market may not be keen on Liberty paper, or their share price / dollar may be moving adversely.Anyroad, cash in hand is better than paper sometime next year....
Back in. 223p
