30 million shares traded : who is out ? As far as I noticed only Artemis could be the seller if Henderson and Oryx stay in as main shareholders. But even then, who is the buyer ? 30 million shares is about 10% of SBS. There must be something going on and we will probably know soon. Merger or takeover ? But don't expect a large premium... if some party is selling 30 million at 16.60 p the premium must be almost in the price except if the seller is getting something in return.Ambiorix.

Re: Bolnisi Equity placing US$3 million due ... Alecto Minerals have this morning announced a placing to raise £1.54M by issue of 943,750,000 new ordinary shares. This significant dilution has knocked 33% off the ALO share price. How low will NMG share price go when Greg Kuenzel announces the next placement to raise US$3M for Bolnisi? We'll be down to 0.08p probably lower.

Another laughable, meaningless RNS [link] old BS from the serial charlatan Phil Letts. Why on earth haven't the board sacked him yet?The 'completed' metric is a good wheeze and designed to mislead. I would bet my arm this includes projects that were 'pitched for' and subsequently lost.

Re: Dividend my calculations there are still something like 2m outstanding exercisable warrants & options. I've been waiting for the annual report to see how accurate my estimates are. I'd expect these to be exercised before the ex-divi date, maybe they're waiting until the directors, mainly, can rustle up the cash to exercise them.Just a thought from a cynical old investor.

I have seen this before when negotiations are in progress for legal stipulations I am sure either party are allowed to comment or discuss anything until proceedings have ended but that was for a limited company i was buying and not a PLC so i am not sure if that is different
