RUR broomfielder 24 Nov 2015

Re: Share offer As suggested by Leicesterboy, an alternative BB has a more active debate taking place on RUR.That said, I think any Pvte shareholders will be struggling to evaluate the risks here in the absence of meaningful updated information on everything from asset sales to Project updates including progress on JV discussions etc. However the whole sense of having an Open Offer (especially one that is now 'out of the money') is surely questioned by the Administration of Our biggest and majority shareholder, Sterling Trust. I'm fairly sure no PI's have a clue on whether this holding has already been sold on or options granted for its disposal and to whom etc. This is just a tad significant as the Open Offer won't get off the ground if this holding is stymied.ST's shareholding and in whose hands this might end up are IMO pivotal here. But it's simply one of a plethora of issues on which we all need some light shed even if only to discount some of the conspiracy theories beginning to abound.I'm struggling to think ever having seen a formal Fundraising exercise being undertaken in such an information vacuum but it's looking more and more simply a question of the BoD saying 'trust us, we know what we are doing.............!'Now if that's still the case come 1 December, then is it the old 'good money after bad' question again?B

Re: Proxies for EGM According to Dicknum1, a poster on LSE, The Preston Plumber is very much a part of Team Hodges."I think some interesting things will be revealed in the next couple of days. I find that the news about the exploration manager, McIver (aka The Preston Plumber) is amazing!!!. He destroyed a drill so that Corihuarmi stop producing!!. That´s insane!!."Might be absolute tosh, or might not be. He gives no explanation how he knows this.

Re: Half Year results WEBCAST SP stil 20% down on Feb 2014 high. In hindsight wish I sold at the earl part of 2014. I hope this is start of a sustained recovery. Things have not gone well ever since they bought that helicopter company. PEG of 0.43 suggests growth. I like progressive dividends, forecast to continue to rise for the next few years.

PRG Pharma Brown 24 Nov 2015

Re: Not good news.....PRG delisted on 16... Yes indeed: Allenby comes immediately to mind as the next nomad, they have recently done their research with 'buy' recommendation, so I'm hoping to see them appointed pretty soon! Am holding just over 1m of these, so share your concerns; but I cannot see anything big to fret about regarding PM's actions and the RNSs all of which bear Northland as contacts for enquiries. As you say, we are passengers on this journey, traveling the AIM minefield. But for Northland to resign whilst their client is in share trading suspension and could arguably most need their services, seems highly unprofessional! We may never learn the full story, but doubtless PM will be asked to comment at the upcoming meeting. 'Clash of personalities' comes to mind as an escape clause.Hmmmm!
