The postal votes have probably been in for a day or two, so they probably knew well before the EGM, and had time to come up with some legal trickery.Most of Afren's directors resigned the day before an EGM. They too no doubt had already seen how many postal votes had been cast against them, and decided to resign rather than suffer the loss of face in being sacked.The Minera EGM should have finished hours ago, yet still no announcement, so something is clearly going on. A simple vote count should have taken no more than half an hour. Trouble is that when you get lawyers involved things have a habit of dragging on, and on.
