Re: the new ticker...valuations after the co... So when does this start running on the new ticker ? I thought it wasn't happening until after the consolidation.

Can this recent selling not simply be explained by sanderson capital partners offloading their shares they took as part of the arrangement fee. Sanderson are not investors and are simply there to make a return on their loan. They certainly won't hold onto those shares.

Re: Latest figures I don't hold these and foolishly didn't buy back in the £1.70 days and have been amazed at the continued rise in share price on tiny volumes so a drop in sp doesn't come as a surprise, the big question is will the sp stay at these levels?

the new ticker...valuations after the consol. I see the new ticker WTG, I think, is yet to appear...maybe it will show up after todays trading..Any thoughts on valuations and prospects after the consolidation and court hearing... and indeed the chances that this move is completed successfully..My thoughts are for merger or selloff moves to happen in the months following consolidation, assuming that happens to plan. But who might they tie in with... or who might buy the various pieces...and what values do we now see these achieving, now that the waters have cleared, as regards accounting issues, etc..This company has been systematically battered by certain villains in city /corporate circles, whose sole objectives were to try to destroy its reputation, regardless of what it did..Yes, certain directors took some unusual approaches to creative accounting, but did they have any real choice when faced with powerful forces who were so determined to wipe them out.. I`d like to see these dark shadowy figures hauled in for questioning...The new name is very `neutral`.... hopefully it will start a long journey to brighter days, and all long suffering investors will see some returns for there patience.Any other tips for brighter days in 2016....?Sectors or specific companies..?I`m hoping oil, gold and diamonds/gems and insurance plus banking have better days..I suspect the agenda will be set by US rates...where I hear that several hikes are planned for next year..Then of course we have Middle East tensions..And of course, the key things which no-one is addressing...global warming and environment, along with exploding global populations..A massive global project to clean up the planet is essential, if we are to leave our grand children a green and pleasant land...Our seas are being poisoned by the dumping of junk into coastal waters....

Even though the price looks depressing at the minute i do think that Kenmare is massively undervalued as they still have close to a billion $ in assets and they are making all the payments on their loans and the production coming out of the mine is better than ever. Am i right in thinking that the Moma Mine is the biggest in the world for out put? If so is that not another good sign as if the prices go down Kenmare can produce more to make up for the deficit in prices. I am also under the impression that it is not at its full capacity and they can get a lot more from the mine in the coming years.

Sub $1065/oz - Re: Beware The POG - Typos corrected This is bad.Even the Chinese are selling rather than looking at these new lows for the POG as buying opportunities. The technical picture is awful; gold going sub $1065/oz in the context of this:[link] many will want to buy in the face of this.No obvious rescue on the demand side of the price equation; leaves a fall in supply as the more plausible saviour. But when?Presumably, the sharp investment contraction now evident in metals generally will be replicated by Gold miners.OMI has already pared back about as far as it can; hence in a very tight spot with POG threatening to fall below it's All inclusive sustainable cost band of $1,000-$1,100/oz.How long before a global gold production choke turns the POG back up in a new Bull run?And from what low for the POG?Can OMI survive until then and without share dilution?TS
