Hi Dave, do you think directors may have panicked when the FCA was breathing down there neck and accepted the deal? I have seen one or two directors buy since the deal collapsed.

Great results today. EPS up strongly. Commitment to dividend reiterated. Even a sneak peak at some new huge deals. I expect this to do well into the end of the year!

Board changes subtext? could be that improvement is not coming fast enough so the Board is thinning down to get more results-oriented. I am 95% of a mind to take the initial cash £1.325 per share and then stay on board New (Pace) Arris for a while especially as the Arris SP is currently rising nicely on the healthy short to mid term prospects of the joined force and the other bonus of the $Dollar increasing in strength due to the US interest rate hike (imminent), which is mooted to be a continuous event throughout the quarters of 2016. given that Europe is going to increase the 'quantitative easing'. All this will be good news for US held shares, when the time comes to sell. So unless you really want All your cash think carefully whether to unload just because Pace are back up to a half decent level....... DYOR!

What price? For those of you looking to sell before the takeover is complete, do you have a price in mind at which you will sell? For me it is £4.50 but I doubt Pace hits that now; should have taken it when it was available before. Am I right to stick with this target or do you guys think it should be revised lower?

Re: 4.75p Just very busy doing a house re-furb JC.The drop is quite understandable after contract delays and the placing.I still have faith in the company and once the delayed contract gets underway that should calm the waters.I have mentioned a few times this is a punt not for the faint hearted and the ability of the company to raise funds when needed again gives confidence about the future.Good job I am patient though JC !
