Not really!! We do not know why the meeting has been called. Sounds like a shareholder exercising his right. No obvious reason why AIM subscription would be cancelled. Would never get a vote anywhere near 10% yet alone 75%! Intriguing though. As likely to be a pre cursor to a buyout as anything sinister. Change of name??!! Sounds like a disgruntled shareholder sounding off. Let's remember he/she has an investment of around £450k. Wouldn't get this opportunity with most companies!!

Interims today Good performance, strong outlook statement & 50% increase in our Interim dividend ( with, presumable an increase in our Final next year). The transition from hopeless basket case with 1 major product line in terminal decline to a diverse group with various income streams appears to be well under way & I have to congratulate JG for his achievements so far.Perveresely The Ferster family must be delighted as,although they lost their jobs , they still hold about 10% of the company & the SP has almost doubled since they left & their dividends have increased.Additionally our recent IIs will be very pleased with their investment here & it will be interesting to see whether our SP will be marked up today & our re rating continue

Is that humanity? That is why I will need power from all sources. We are increasing our renewable targets tenfold in the next 15 years but we will require coal because it is the need of the hour for my people to grow."
