Re: RNS from Morgan Stanley The sp has been going up over the last week which indicates some traders seem to know whats happening with Pace. Anyway the sp should move up with the Arris sp this afternoon and £4.50+ is possible soon, especially when the shorters realise that the deal is not going to fall through.

PIC stocky1968 02 Dec 2015

good news finally... Been holding and waiting ages like most and was kicking myself when i didnt sell when we touched £4.50 last time and although holding has been very frustrating with all the previous short activity it looks like we will finally be rewarded for our patience. Why did i add when we fell back to the £32.20-£3.50 range as looking back even without the merger going through we all believed we should of been a £4-£5 share.Anyone thinking of adding further now to maybe grab another 10% ??????

Re: DoJ Probe Closed xgxg you have been a credit to this board. Thanks for your input. I have taken note of what you and other people have said about selling now but for me I will see what happens in the next few days and then make a firm judgement. Now that clearance has been given from the DOJ do you know how long things may take from this point?Incidentally I think your last post was supposed to state "Votes please if you cannot stop smiling"Wouldn't want you getting upset because of a lack of votes. Lol.

Re: DoJ Probe Closed Fantastic news !! Am presuming that the "without condition" means that Arris now does NOT have to sell off any parts and that the deal once complete will now generate a company much bigger than the sum of the two !!!! "today announced that the DOJ has closed its investigation, without condition, under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for ARRIS's proposed acquisition of Pace plc."PACE 20% up and climbing now and I expect Arris will FLY this afternoon ! Finally the Sun Shines ! R.
