Re: Kestrel's Holding Kestrel are gradually acquiring more shares - now up to almost 7.4M 11.64% in latest RNS. Steady gradual accumulation over the last few years. (Max Royde as senior NED has the interest.)Overall approx 65% of shares are held by Institutional Investorsschroder 14%, JO Hambro 7.3%, Herald 6.1%, Majedie 5.5% HargreaveHale 5.5% seem to be the biggest. To me this all looks like confidence in the long term prospects in the Co. and the new CEO I notice that FDM who are listed as partner on Greshams website are doing pretty well with better recent SP performance than GHT.Im pondering whether or not to add more before the finals which should be out in late Jan (announced 27th Jan in 2015). Re: Future Sorry for the double post - responded previously on the incorrect thread! Thanks for explaining the detail. I was lulled into a false sense of security by the company cash balance (24p/share prior to website closedown), assuming that it would be there if the accounts were audited. Put the negative sentiment down to the 'bad press' around some Chinese companies who list on AIM. Could well prove quite ironic......

SP Bearing in mind that Leni has bought a fair number recently at 0.40 and 0.45 the less than 0.30 today may seem a bit of an opportunity to top up. The second half we are told should be better so a useful profit could be on the cards.

Re: CAD included in special permit stop ... Yes but Slobodo produces something like one barrel a day, if that. The main worry here would be if any restoration obligations crystallise. In any event this company reminds me of that episode of "Yes Minister" where they find a hospital with no patients. The administration is there and everyone is working but there are no patients. We have 70 people and no meaningful production or any likelihood of any

MONI Orchard Gate 02 Dec 2015

In the Monitise The Times today:"What a brilliant misnomer Monitise has become ... such a licence to print money that everyone's left: [Lukies, Buse] and now the finance chief ... at least one senior director has made money .. ingeniously cashing in £675,500 of shares under option .. three days before news from Visa saw them tank 35% and keep falling"Article goes on to say one might imagine Lee Cameron would want to hand back his huge profit (especially given the whiff of insider dealing) but he has refused to do so.And yet this bunch of sharks can still find people like Steve and wigwannker and Sir Singed Beyond Recognition who think it's a great little company and likely to do well in the future. One born every minute.
