Cretaceous CPR recognises 2.5 Billion Barrels of Discovered and un-Discovered Cretaceous oil. Contingent and Prospective Resources = 75MMstb @ 3% RF. Huge upside potential through increases in RF.

Triassic CPR modelled on basis of Triassic dry gas cap with thin oil rim. New data acquired since CPR suggests a much larger liquid component. Fluid type in KCB reservoir determined as gas condensate vs. dry gas.

Re: Follow the big players Agree, think a lot of larger players & institutions seeing this as a good investment - New-Arris will benefit hugely from the combined companies. Think maybe some PIs bailing leading up to the deal being finalised. Also post Dec 17'th I think the share will settle around the £4:50 area. Looking like first weeks in Jan I think for finalisation. Personally I still see a lot of upside for the New-Arris and am holding the new shares for a while. Could reach close to the $40 level mid 2016 R

Re: 21 Million Pounds Been a holder for some time like Eadwig since Olympics time highlighted their location to me. Since then both our kids have bought in Greenwich and Stratford (old houses to repair, not new) and I've been able to see the market waiting for Crossrail. Don't think TEL rely an awful lot on Buy to Lets but there will be a small downside there. Happy to hold but not increase for the moment.

Re: Strong Update - Price crash Good post. Have you looked at MJ Gleeson? Similar to Inland on turning value on plots after planning but also building out albeit not so much down south now. One of my long term holds.

.. and there I was.. .. thinking of selling as the sp appeared to be going nowhere. Had decided to hold on until the next set of results. Glad I did. Nice news today.

Re: Strong Update - Price crash Eadwig 19-Nov-15:"Down >10% early on, I have doubled my holding at @888p. Must be a great buying opportunity, surely?"Sold yesterday @1002p on an automatic Target Set order.I meant to only sell half my holding and thus average down, take some profit and still hold this builder. Unfortunately, I somehow managed to put ALL my shareholding in my Target Set order, so I'm actually out for now. Annoying, because it means I made a very small amount on my initial investment other than an interim divi and about 10p a share.I think BVS are in a stronger position than when I first bought at about @992p back in April, despite results disappointing the market. The latest government incentives can surely only play into their geographic target areas.Unlucky Hardcore, with all your strong sells. Another quick profit missed out on - 12.5% in 2 weeks if you'd followed my strong buy recommendation at the start of this thread.I'll likely be back in if the market gives a good enough pullback on BVS. I'm unsure, I shall have to review my building sector options:1) I might prefer more TEF which is both in London and concentrates on providing affordable homes, so ticks all the government incentive boxes, plus good management and reported a doubling in profits yesterday. It is priced quite well after a placement to secure £500m in advance orders, giving a smallish AIM company an order book on of £1.5 Billion. I already hold in both my SIPP and my ISA.2) ESP - Premier student accommodation in specific towns and cities. Yielding well over 5%, with every chance of asset growth in their properties. I hold just two tranches, but no pullbacks to buy more, just a steady upward trend since a series of IPOs over its first year, which are now ended. This is as much a play on the massive growth in UK education as it is in property, more so, in fact, which is why I like it.3) INL - Small AIM builder whose directors hold about 25% of shares. They do build some houses, also some commercial buildings which they rent. They are brownfield planning consent specialists, offering consultancy services and selling on plots once consent is gained. They have a land bank of 5000+ plots, 1000+ of which have consent. Again, I can only see them gaining from the government incentives.I'm open to any other suggestions. I hold PSN which is my only big builder left. I've never looked at TW in any detail. Perhaps I should? I feel big builders fast growth is over, but they have many years of healthy profits to come with perhaps a little capital growth too.

Re: my take on the AGM Apologies for naive comment (I'm not a regular investor) but the open offer to buy more shares is at 5pence per share. This no practically no different to the trading price at the moment. What incentive is there to take up the open offer?

LRE Greyinvestor 04 Dec 2015

Valuation review I went over my valuation again yesterday, to see if the price merits a purchase after the recent drop.On EPS grounds, it doesn't. Some of the brokers are now forecasting EPS as low as 45p next year. This would suggest fair value around £5.40.On NTA grounds, I think that NTA must now be around £3.88. This suggest a valuation around £6.60. A mid point is therefore around £6. To my mind this is fair value. Of course the whole market is overvalued, so the present price is fair v the market, but more than I would want to pay. Brokers are sliding towards an average Hold position, so I guess that they share this view.I can't see the company wanting to weaken it's balance sheet any more, so next year's divi will surely be no higher than 45p, a lot less than this year.

Chartist view......... According to Trends we are heading skywards - Should please the RAF!!No real surprise as my long term target was £3+ as well Another £50M pot waiting to be used on Buybacks if the Market allows the buying opportunity. Buckle in, the flight is ready for take off..........Jack========== ========== ========== ========== =========+========== ========== ===Visually, Qinetic PLC is brilliant. We've opted to show the chart since 2006 as it helps explain what's going on. Last time we viewed this share, we gave 238p as a reasonable target ambition and the share spent 5 months mucking around at that particular target level before finally breaking free, presumably due to optimism on the Syria thing. It's currently viewed as heading to 278p next with secondary a longer term 313p. Or maybe even 357 due to the circled forced Gap Up skewing our calculations.
